Amiable receptionist August 11 - 13. In my room: air conditioning (it was a heatwave); a sitting area with a loveseat a desk and a chair; a fridge discretely located in a cupboard. The decor including the wood inlay was tasteful. The big bathroom. That breakfast is included and in a pretty room. Excellent luggage storage.

Stop sending emails about checking in on line. I received four of these - harassment! No need for the radio station with adverts in the dining room. Tinned fruit should be replaced by a few bananas and apples ... please. When there are multiple tables for four available why can’t a couple take one instead of being sent elsewhere by that pushy woman?

Clean and close to the underground to get to central London. Elevator was great as we were on the 5th floor with heavy bags.

Morning staff doing the breakfast weren’t friendly. My mom asked a question and got scowled at, no smiles or friendly demeanour.

we liked everything, there was nothing at all to complain about, the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, except for 1 lady in the breakfast room who was quite abrupt, but it didn't spoil our time with you. We would definitely stay again.

Although very clean it is slightly tired looking, although I think this was reflected in the price.

The location is superb in relation to accessing central London, the underground is very close and the bus stop even closer. The close vicinity to Hyde Park is excellent. A really nice area to walk. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was well heated with windows that could be opened for fresh air. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was exactly as described and provided very helpful detailed directions to all amenities.

A designated smoking area would be nice. Smoking at the front of the hotel was fine. However, there were no ash trays to dispose of cigarettes.

My single room (room 308) was very small, but well equipped for a nights stay. It was clean and tidy. The bonus was the fridge. There is no air conditioning, but the window opened wide and a large fan was provided to help cool down in very hot weather. The location was great for my trip to the O2. A few minutes walk to Queensway Underground took me quickly to the venue. Also, less than a 15 minute walk to Paddington Station.

The lift was out of order and had to take the stairs up to the third floor. It was OK for me as I only had a small bag to carry, but for anyone with heavier luggage may struggle.

The hotel is just a few steps from both Bayswater Road and Queensway and their amenities and facilities, as well as the North side of stunning Kensington Gardens. The closest underground stations are Queensway (Central line) and Bayswater (Circle and District lines), both easily reachable on foot from the accommodation facility. The ensuite room was tidy and clean with lovely wooden furniture and the bed was comfortable. Great continental breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff was kind and helpful.

Double room was very spacious. It was very hot but we we're fortunate to have air con which for any one who comes here is on the 1st 2 floors. Breakfast was continental and there was more then enough to fill you up had no problem with the quality either. Staff we're superb very efficient and helpful. Destination was great. On the doorstep of Hyde park,bus stopend of road,2 underground lines within 10 minutes walk and plenty bars and restaurants. Deffo come back again
