A Wonderful Stay I had the pleasure of staying at Falls Lodge & Suites during my recent vacation in Niagara Falls Canada, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! I was impressed by the park's beautiful, well-maintained grounds. It offers a peaceful environment that makes you feel like you’re truly escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being conveniently close to all the attractions. The accommodations were excellent – spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Falls Lodge itself is great for both relaxation and outdoor activities, and there were plenty of walking trails to explore. Overall, I highly recommend Falls Lodge & Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls Canada! It’s an ideal spot for those looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city’s vibrant culture and attractions. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Affordability, cleanliness, comfort, staff in general are nice, location is safe

No water at the time when I needed it to use the restroom and bath. Although its not the fault of the hotel that local authorities were fixing the waterline, the hotel staff at the desk should have informed the incoming guests that there will be a water outage in the middle of the night to 7 am. They were given heads up but failed to inform their guests who came late at night like me. Had I known it prior, I would have taken bath earlier or saved some water as I have to leave early in the morning. But anyways, this is still one of the best Ive been to. Will book again here in the future. Still a 99.9% rating for me. Thank you!

They gave us a free upgrade because we used booking, to a room with Jacuzzi. Very clean room, and bathroom. Little noise from outside. Short walk to Niagara (10-minutes by foot). The staff was very friendly and understanding regarding any issues that came up.

View was to main street, had to keep curtains pulled. Small Kitchen, we hit a busy for visitors and had to scramble for food, because others would cut in line and take stuff for whole family not just for themselves. This is not the Inns fault but the guests'. The staff was supportive, and extended breakfast time so everyone got served.

The location is great for walking to everything. The big places can be a 30 minute round trip for a smoke and you are looked at like you have 3 heads if you get in the elevator with a drink in hand. Chair and table at every room on balcony, Free continental breakfast is always busy, we personally like to sleep in a bit and go for a full breakfast elsewhere and skip lunch.

Parking should be included for one vehicle with paid room. Small inconvenience with the stucco work being done and the gazzilion Styrofoam balls blowing around. You can't help but track them into the room and your vehicle. Once they are done the front (mid July) that shouldn't be an issue any longer and will look great!!

Spacious rooms very openly

Breakfast in morning very over crowded couldn't get moving had half a bowl of cornflakes spilled over me with another customer absolute far to small to accommodate .folk were taken far to much food at one time like ot was going out of fashion absolutely disgusting behaviour from adults as if it was going to be rashened disgusting 😑 needs to be much bigger to host folk for breakfast ... it should be monitored hiw many aloud in @ one time it was like flies trying yo get a bite to eat however stay was pleasant

The minute we walked into the room you can smell how clean it was. It was spotless. We sat out on small patio before heading out for the evening and Bulant, who turns out to be supervisor, runs over to see if we wanted the patio umbrella open. He was very welcoming. Later that night we were sitting outside before calling it a night and he was still on duty making sure everything was OK. He came over and took time to chat, ask if there was anything we needed and was very thankful for us closing this establishment. First thing in morning he's at it again making sure everyone has what they need at the continental breakfast. Such an amazing gentleman, he alone deserves a huge thank you. As for facilities. Awesome. Excellent location. 5 min walk to OLG fallsview stage and casino. Or go 5 min the other way and your into the start of all niagaras shops, restaurants and activities. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when back in niagara. Bulant, keep up the excellent work. Great job.

This place sets the standard for what every inn should be. The location was excellent, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

Guests with cars parked near the rooms could be more considerate by closing their car doors gently during the early morning hours, when night owls may still be trying to sleep. While this isn’t the innkeeper’s fault, they might consider informing future guests to help maintain a peaceful environment.

Great location, it took about 12 minutes to walk to the falls and 7 minutes to Clifton hill with a 5 year old walking. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We were happy to have a continental breakfast, the coffee was very good. Great curb appeal, the room was simple and modern. Clean sheets, fluffy pillows and comfy bed. A/C worked well. Shower was clean. Paid under $180 for 2 nights including parking. Would definitely return! Thank you for a great stay!

Not a huge issue but... Attention to detail when cleaning - hair in bathroom corners and on walls. Marks on back of bathroom door which I wiped off. More fruit with breakfast

The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, the linens cool and soft. Amazing water pressure in the shower!! We wondered if the pipes led directly to the Falls!?! 😁 AC worked fabulously. And to find not only a USB charging port but also a US-C type plug was so surprising! We didn't partake in the available breakfast, as we slept too well to get up in time. Thanks for a wonderful stay !

Well the first 2 room key cards didn't work and we were in a bit of rush to get to dinner and our concert but it all worked out in the end. (Turned out it was bad key card)

Nigera falls one block over to the left to ROBBISIN STREET AND A LEFT ON ROBBIIN STREET DOWN TO THE FALLS HORSE SHOE FALLS AND THERE YOU CAN TAKE A RIDE ON NIGERA CITY CRUSES FOR A BOAT RIDE TO THE FALLS FOR A Cool MIST OF THE FALLS. AS YOU GET A CLOSE UP VIEW FOR (USD $30.50) +RAINBOW FALLS AT NIGHT( FREE) AND THE CANADA PARKS. ARE. VERY NICE BY THE. CANADA. PARKS POLICE BUILDING BY THE FALLS .ALSO WHE N YOU LEAVE THE. FALLS LODGE SUITES TO YOUR RIGHT HALF A BLOCK OVER TO THE NEXT BLOCK MAKE THE NEXT RIGHT. AND CONTINUE WALKING DOWN TO ALL MAIN EVENTS WARTER PARK. AND IS A PRIME SPOT TO BE SO CLOSE TO EVERVTHING ALSO BUFF FEY. HALF A BLOCK AWAY THANKS FOR FALLS INN FALLS LODGE SUITES FOR PROVIDEING GOOD SERVICE AND BEING SO CLOSE TO EVERTHING.
