The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly. The decor was beautiful and the cleanliness was exceptional. This hotel is in a perfect location.

The only problem that we had was that the curtains did not close fully. This meant that the light from the hotel opposite was beaming into our room all night long. We both slept very badly on both nights we were here.

The location is excellent - not far from Rossio metro station. You are practically in the center of the city. It is especially important that you can get there quickly and easily from the airport - using the red metro line (direction Sao Sebastiao) to Alameda, and from there the green line (direction Cais do Sodre) to Rossio station. Also, a few hundred meters away is the Rossio train station, from where trains to Sintra depart. From the attic room you have an amazing view to the tourist attraction Santa Justa elevator. The hotel staff is particularly friendly and kind.

The room is very small and can be used only for a short stay (3-4 days). The size of the room and bathroom is not suitable for tall people. It is convenient for those who are petite build.

Well i opted for an upgrate for a room with a view well disappointed i was u had to stick your next out the window to get the view upgrade wasnt cheap either so very disappointed also not enought space for our cloths 2 peope

The location was first rate. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel was exactly as I expected it to be, from reading the glowing reports online. We didn't need a Bar or lounge on site, as everything was steps away. Our room was perfect. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. We had a street view, with a good view of the Elevator across the road. The staff were excellent. All in all, we had a fabulous break in Lisbon. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is top located and very well maintained - the cleanliness of the rooms and common spaces is outstanding. Despite the central location on a big city street there is no disturbing noise from outside once you close the windows. The rooms are very nice and newly renovated, the bathroom of our second room was impressive as a size and interior.

On request our room was changed after the first night as the rooms with “view” to the backyard face a space which in my opinion is disgusting, full with rubbish, very dark and for sure pushing you to even not open the curtains of the room. The new room was very nice with a lot of day light but just next to the breakfast room (the last does not have a door) and a bit noisy in the mornings.

Amazing location right on Rossio square, close to all major attractions and pickup points. Our room was in a separate building, 2 doors up from reception. But they showed us the way and helped with bags. Lovely view to the square. Room was very nicely appointed. Amazing shower. Breakfast is nice but could be better. Staff were very helpful. Small pastry and port were a nice touch on arrival.

TV wasn't working but was fixed promptly. Although no real English channels. No hot water one morning but with it being 40º a cool shower was nice. Breakfast room a bit cramped.

Hotel is right in the centre of things , step out of the hotel & you are amongst restaurants , bars & 5 minutes from the water front , very handy for the metro , suggest use Baxia- Chiado metro station for hotel , much easier than Rossio Square , less cobbles & escalators in station & 2 mins left from station to hotel! Hotel has a tiny reception & a small lift that only fits 4 people , greeted with a port & pastry , lovely! Only stayed in standard room but very nice , modern & comfortable , had a room at the back with a view of the castle over the rooftops (501). Bathroom was excellent with great power shower , bed very comfortable , had 2 opening windows as well as air con, as we were at the back very quiet. Room only had a coffee machine but as we prefer tea asked for a kettle & was given on no problem at all. Our room was cleaned & tidied every single day , whole hotel was spottless. We didn't have breakfast as so many places outside the hotel but did hear guest saying it was very nice. would stay here again & recommend to anyone.

The hotel was very clean & modern. Breakfast was exceptional with loads of choice. The beds were comfy & it was quiet at night. Location was central within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

We would have liked a different room as the one we had just faced a wall so it was very dark. We saw other rooms overlooking the street that had plenty of light coming through, that would have been the icing on the cake. However, we didnt plan on being in the room much as we only had two full days in Lisbon so it wasn't a problem.

Everything was just perfect. From the hotel check in - being greeted by such lovely staff members with pastel de natas and port wine to just how amazingly clean and well equipped our room was. I slept beautifully! The location is fabulous, you have Rossio square right outside with the metro 2 minute walk with great connections, or you can just walk to Praca da Comercio in 5-10 mins and have a look around all the restaurants and shops or walk along the water front! I can’t fault anything with this hotel. If you don’t fancy the metro or walking, just use Bolt - the taxis are literally €2-€4 euros a trip and you can save your legs walking up all these hills! Book your stay here 10/10 :) :)

Great location. Enjoyed the port and tart upon arrival and staff were very friendly and helped us with luggage when showed to our room. Our accommodation was in the new building a short distance down the road, so room was nice with new facilities. Room was quiet. Bathroom was large and luxurious.

Room was on the smaller side. There was a weird smell each time we would enter our room which was there upon check in. There's also a set of stairs before you reach the lift in the new building so navigating those with luggage can be tricky.
