The hotel is beautifully made. The staff is great and the spa was very relaxing after a long day out and about. The location is good and the area is alive.

The pricing structure of breakfast was puzzling because if you decide to eat at the hotel on the spot the charge is different then if you decided to eat the day before. I mean, the food is served what difference does it make if I made the reservation yesterday or on the morning of? The price is justified if the hotel was in a more “touristic” part of London. But for the establishment it wasn’t too steep.

Staff were all excellent, all friendly and focused on your feeling welcome and happy. They have a play area for young children which is very very handy and are good at making a young child feel welcome. Cleaning staff were friendly, too, which isn’t always the case in other hotels. The room was modern, clean, and spacious.

Dining: The breakfast was fine - the usual full English, continental, salad or fruit and cereal setup - but was forgettable; we’ve had better breakfasts at other hotels at a similar or less price point. The breakfast staff themselves were brilliant; attentive and present. Similarly the evening restaurant food was fine, but nothing unique, special or memorable. We’ve had far, far better at a similar or less price point. It may be because it’s competing with a lot in the area. Whatever the reason, we felt eating at the hotel was a bit bland.

Hotel is beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and attentive - made the stay very special. Spa facilities are great - had some confusion about the closing time for the spa/swimming pool (reception mentioned it closes at 10pm but actually closes at 8pm), but this wasn’t a problem at all as we had a great time in the facilities the next morning. Exceptionally clean and the lobby area smelled amazing. Very peaceful atmosphere. The room was huge and had a perfect view of the city and the Shard. I genuinely couldn’t recommend the hotel further. A special thank you to Sonia for her attentiveness and commitment to making this stay special. My partner loved the birthday card!

Aesthetically pleasing and inspiring. Clean, consistent throughout. Very welcoming. Staff were always available to assist throughout my stay. The spa facilities was very clean, calm and relaxing throughout my stay. Highly recommended dining at the restaurant. Breakfast was top quality with plenty of options. Cocktails was one the best I’ve had. Ratio of alcohol to juice I was spot on. Overall one of the best stays experienced so far in the UK. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for excellent stay.

In a 5-star hotel, basic amenities such as soap, shaving kit, and dental kit should be provided in the room as part of the standard setup. Having a note that asks guests to request these items feels below the usual 5-star standard. It would improve the guest experience if these amenities were available without asking

It was an exceptional hotel with amazing service. Every staff that we encountered with truly made us feel like VIP’s. We stayed there as part of my boyfriends birthday celebrations and they had a wonderful amenity when we came into the room (birthday cake) and had upgraded our room free of charge due to me mentioning it was his birthday whilst booking. The spa facial I tied truly were heavenly. The full body massage was the best massage I have ever had. The hotel is situated in the heart of London close to many bars and restaurants which was also a bonus. I would 100% go back again.

The style and decoration, location. It feels warm and welcoming

The Restaurant service was sometimes slow and chaotic. The menu for the evening’s dinner was limited and the quality of the food was a bit disappointing. For example you could only have a burger well done and for the hotel of this standard, we would expect more choice

It was an overall great stay. Great location by the river, modern, tranquil, and very comfortable. Amazing spa and indoor pool considering how centrally located the hotel is. Nice bath amenities. Friendly and usefull staff.

Almost everything was as expected for the price tag. Just small points i didn't appreciate: The room AC which automatically started during the nights, not sure if it was malfunction or not. Breakfast was good but repetitive everyday. More care should be taken in corridors and room floor cleaning and stains removal, nothing really striking but some stains and dirt were found. Overall it was very clean though. Boring bathroom design when compared to the rest of the room and common areas, but functional nonetheless. Didn't like the glass door to the bathroom which didn't allow to lock. Family rooms should be bigger. The room was not ready at check in time.

Beds are very comfy but little bit on the small side (queen beds). Breakfast could be more diverse. The employees were very friendly. There was also a Dutch employee called Max. Max you are the best. Thank you for all you have done for us 🙏

Breakfast was tasty and filling with a selection of fresh fruit and even an omelette station! Staff were extremely helpful and polite even on checkout; we did not feel rushed. Complimentary drinks were given at reception, a Valentine’s Day chocolate board and all needs were accommodated.
