Perfect location near the train and tram. The best way to get around in Melb. Breakfast was good, great selection of food, especially for GF and Lactose intolerance.

We were disappointed that our room hadn't been serviced all day. Especially after a fun, busy, long day, all we wanted to do was have a shower and go to bed and watch some Tv. We woke to a "cleaner" entering our room, with no permission, no knocking at the door, just walking straight in. They said they had come to clean? We were horrified that after 9.30 pm at night they were still doing the rooms?. But it didn't seem right as there was no cleaning cart on our floor when we got home earlier. We went to the front desk the next morning and notified them of our disappointment. They apologised, and that was it.

the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. It had hair from previous occupants and tiles were dirty around the base and on the floor. looks like a only a quick wipe over is being done, was a build up of mould starting.

The location was fabulous! We managed to get a corner room with a view of the river. We walked to the NGV three times while we were there, and we even went for a jog to the Tan one morning. Proximity to the trains,trams and skybus stop. Spacious room for two people, comfy bed good wardrobe space. The pool looked really inviting but we didn't have time to use it. The view from the Restaurant upstairs was beautiful day and night. Nice new rooms.

The first impression is the entry which are stairs- terrible after dragging your luggage to get it up these three stairs, there is a ramp but it is on the side and so unappealing, keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns. They didn't even have one sewing kit! Couldn't help me sew a button on just before a wedding - c'mon those kits are standard issue for a hotel, no one in housekeeping could help either. The coffee machine isn't a La Marzocco (if that is important to you).

I loved the room furnishings - we were only here for one night, but if you were there for a few with more stuff, there were so many small but smart places to put items. E.g., the small shoe rack/slats at the bottom of the wardrobe, the shelves in the bathroom, hooks and towel racks in the bathroom, etc. Also loved the appliances in the room - the iron, kettle, hairdryer, etc. Very functional room. I also didn’t expect a room with a view when booking, and getting one overlooking the Yarra and Southbank was a very very welcome surprise!

Absolutely loved this place and will definitely make it a regular! The location is perfect—right near Flinders Street Station—and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was super comfortable, and the bed was massive! My only frustration was the steps at the front entrance, which made it a bit tricky juggling luggage and a pram. There is an option for staff to bring out a ramp via an alternative entrance, which is great, but just something to be aware of if you’re travelling with wheels - but the staff were very happy to assist with this. Oh also delicious breakfast and beautiful swimming pool! We will be back for sure :)

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Great central location, convinient for walking or access to tram and train. Easy access to places to eat. Accommodation spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaurant worth visiting too. Unfortunately didn’t get to roof top bar but will on my next visit. Liked attention to small details, hooks on back of door, space to put toiletries in bathroom, ample supply of hangers, window coverings that fit properly and no annoying lights/light displays from clocks etc that light up room in dark. Bed and pillows 11/10. A very comfortable stay.

Thought parking off site may have been an issue but minor inconvenience. Just make sure you get access code from hotel before arrival.

My son and I both enjoyed staying at Vibe. The staff are lovely, the location was great and the breakfast variety was wonderful. We were a bit disappointed that we were not able to check in until 3pm, due to a mix up with the booking. As we were only staying the 1 night it meant much of the day was gone before we could enjoy the use of the hotel. Super grateful that when we asked for a late check out it was able to be accommodated.

The beds although comfy the bottom sheet and underlay felt to big for the bed size (we had a twin room) and so I had to keep pulling and straightening the sheet and underlay in the night.

Location, Great view along the Yarra and Finders St. Fast lifts. Good breakfast variety.

A few things were running out during breakfast and weren’t replenished swiftly. Having to pay extra for a proper barista coffee with breakfast. After not making a booking at the rooftop bar, told we couldn’t have a table and have to sit at the bar, even though there were empty tables in and outside. A couple came in after us not having a booking as well….they were offered a seat outside along the window. Each time I put my head down towards the bathroom vanity to wash face/brush teeth, banged head on the shelf sticking out over the sink.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. When checking in I mentioned it was my fiancé’s birthday and they gifted us a bottle of wine which was nice. The room had a nice view, the rooftop bar was spectacular for drinks and nibbles. The location of the hotel was very central, we mainly walked everywhere, all the main attractions were within minutes from the hotel. Definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Only thing we didn’t really like was the cleanliness of the room. It was very dusty and when we asked the room to be cleaned the next day you could see that the room was tidied up but not dusted or vacuumed and they changed the towels and the “new” towels had stains and you could see the dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor. And the pool was “meh”, nothing special, nice for a little splash around.
