Such a lovely place to stay. I was greeted by wonderful and helpful staff that gave me Maps of the city and advice on where to go. The room I had was a single and it was nice and spacious. very clean and modern. There is lift access to all floors. The breakfast was a buffet and there were lots of options of food and drinks. In terms of location it was perfect. Right in the middle of the city and easy to get around when the tides are high.

Only a tiny dislike. My room backed onto the outdoor restaurant area literally eye to eye.. which was slightly annoying as I like to have fresh air and natural light but couldn’t open anything without my privacy being invaded. But again a small dislike and would stay here again if I return.

The location was perfect. You can easily walk to any attraction. It was easy to get to and near a main water bus stop in easy walking distance. The beds were very comfortable, the shower worked great and there was plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Maid service every day. The breakfast selection was incredible. So much variety including fresh fruit and pastries, eggs and meats and any type of coffee: cappuccinos to espressos.

The smell from the canal was off-putting at times but hey it’s Venice so it’s ok

It was the second time I stayed in the hotel. I really appreciate the kindness and diligence of Betty dealing wirh the check in and offering us a change of room for a more spacious one with the same rate

I like the location and breakfast was very good.

When booking a water taxi, I felt there was always an excuse to get picked up right in front of the hotel., While this is not a major issue it is inconvenient especially when traveling with kids and having to walk from the main canal to the hotel. (10 min walk). For the price we paid, the taxi could have come and got us directly to the hotel. But according to the staff water was too low and or high, meanwhile you could see boats and gondolas passing right by all the time.

Great location. Nice rooms. But be aware if you open the windows, there are lots of mosquitoes. Nice place to sit and have a glass of wine in the afternoon. Breakfast very good.

I understand that air conditioning is not a thing. It was very hot and they did have a fan. But we always had to ask downstairs to turn it on. And opening the windows wasn’t an option because of the mosquitoes. I wish we could’ve been warned a little bit about that. It made our sleeping very uncomfortable for the three nights we were there.

Breakfast had plenty of options. Eggs, bacon, push a button to make your own coffee, variety of breads. They were quick to clear the tables for new guests. The cute sitting area off the canal is a perfect spot for aperitivo time. It was a clean hotel, situated walking distance to restaurants, shops. and the main square. Nice to see creative artwork on the walls. Some comments saying it needs a Reno. I disagree. It’s a traditional Venetian decor and clean. No complaints.

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from Piazza San Marco and the main attractions of Venice. The room was clean, and the included breakfast was very good. I also appreciated the beautiful paintings displayed in the lobby and along the stairs, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere.

The only downside was the view from my room — it faced another building just a few meters away, which made it feel a bit closed in.

Perfect and central location, just 5 minutes from the center. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The rooms are clean, especially thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very quiet and helpful. All the staff were perfect and helpful, except for one working in the breakfast restaurant.

I had just one problem at the hotel with a lady who works in the breakfast restaurant. We arrived 30 minutes before breakfast ended with our baby. Although we got everything on our table and continued to eat, she rudely informed us that the restaurant would close in 5 minutes. I explained that I had a baby who doesn't eat as fast as I do. She was even more rude the second time, insisting that we must finish as soon as possible. After that, she took off her jacket and started talking to us in Italian.

I recently stayed at the All'angelo Hotel in Venezia. and had a great experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, however, was the stunning view—it was truly breathtaking and added a special touch to my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

The location was devine. Natalia, Marcelo and Julia were so kind and fun to be around. The breakfast was great and we were able to sit on a small patio on the canal each night with wine near the bar. We took the water taxi from the airport and got dropped off at the dock/ patio where we were greeted, bags taken to our room and all set to hit the ground running.

The air conditioning never really worked that great but we loved having the windows open. We had to close them at night due to noise as we were on the street side but later could open them again.
