This hotel is in a prime location in Lisbon - close to literally anything, so close that tours were meeting in front of our own hotel. When we entered the room, we found out that we'd been given an apartment with 3 rooms and a bathroom - a kitchen with all amenities, a main bedroom and a spare bedroom with a sitting area. I've never stayed in such a spacious room before. There is also a terrace on the rooftop, where there's a seasonal pool which looked lovely to swim in.

The light switches were a bit funny and didn't always work, but that was the only flaw, really, as we truly enjoyed our stay.

The position in Lisbon was perfect for us. The *HOP ON HOP OFF* buses to all three tourist routes stop right outside and tickets can be purchased at the stop. This was ideal for us as it was our first trip the the city of Lisbon. There is also access to the metro and the Main Line Station is a short distance away which can give to access to other rail links. Public buses also stop right outside the hotel or just around the corner. Everything is so close, the main shopping street, there is an elevator tram just next door too. The main squares. are very close. The view from the Bar/Cafe at the top of the building is amazing and looks over LIsbon to the castle great during the day and beautiful when all lit up at night.

We reached around 9:30 am and were already allowed to check-in which we didn't even expect. So that's a huge plus and thanks to the staff for that. We also got an extra hour for the checkout. We had two apartments and we were provided nearby ones. The location was really good and central. The apartment had all the basic facilities that we expected and was very clean. You could say that it is a bit dated but we knew that and therefore weren't disappointed like some others had mentioned in some reviews. We didn't use the roof top bar and the swimming pool was closed, so no comments for those.

There is a coffee machine provided in the room but tea bags would have been good for the non-coffee drinkers. The bathroom can be a big congested for people who are of a bigger size, especially the WC and the bathtub for shower. However, this is not something that can be fixed I assume. Breakfast area was a bit crowded and the options were not great but it was not a problem for us and we ate outside on the other days.

Great location on Restauradores, literally a couple of meters from the entrance to a metro station. Also right near the steps, or funicular, to Bairro Alto. Great attentive staff. Fresh towels every day and cleaning staff also wash any dirty dishes left in the sink. It is an older building, but has been renovated. Good price, although we were there in the low season. Great rooftop bar with a view to the castle and a pool.

The kitchen is very basic, but it was OK for us since we only made breakfast in the place. Might be an issue if you're looking to cook meals. Could do with a conventional oven. The microwave is very old fashioned (analogical) and a bit hard to operate. New ones aren't that expensive. A great place for couples, but if you're with kids, you might find it a bit cramped, as they will be sleeping in the living/dining room, which means if you want to stay up later or get up earlier, you'll be restricted to the bedroom. Also, there is only one bathroom.

Outstanding location. Very comfortable room. Having a kitchenette was a bonus and I was surprised how well it was stocked. Room serviced nicely every day. Nice towels and linens. Amazing check in experience where room was ready at 11 am which I’ve only rarely experienced in Europe. Bathroom was very good with excellent water pressure and temperature. The hairdryer could use an update. It works but it is antiquated. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Excellent choice for a family with 2-3 children, the location is more than perfect, metro (Restauradores) is in the front of the hotel, both the historical city center and the seaside is just a walkway. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very nice. Extra point is that as an aparthotel, they have a small kitchen area in the room plus an amazing roof terrace with mind-blowing view and a nice swimming pool. Highly recommended hotel.

The perfume / artificial fragrance was very strong in the public areas everywhere in the hotel. This we believe is not enjoyable on one hand, on the other hand it is not healthy as they are artificial chemicals. The dining room is very tiny with just a few tables, so during the weekend, some waiting is possible to get in and eat.

Our stay was a delightful experience. The pool-bar staff were exceptional—always friendly and attentive, making time spent by the pool even more enjoyable. The desk staff went out of their way to offer valuable local tips and recommendations. The highlight of our stay was the stunning rooftop view. The panoramic sights of the city added a lovely touch to our evenings. Overall, we highly recommend VIP Executive Eden Aparthotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lisbon.

The appointments in the kitchenette were not suitable for cooking anything, and we had to purchase our own washing-up supplies. Despite this inconvenience, the great service and amenities made our stay memorable.

The building itself is gorgeous, love it! Rooms are kind of old style but very clean and comfortable enough, they have kitchen with everything u need, if u like. Bar on the roof top with wonderful view, pool, friendly stuff. I should know it’s in the main avenue, so u can reach old town easily, shops and etc. Or to take public transportation, it’s in front of the hotel! Also pick up point and the point of sightseeing busses. Very good value of price. Very big and good, delicious and various breakfast, recommended.

We were a group of 8 people, some young and some seniors, we arrived quite early for check in ( at 9am) and had two apartahotels booked, we had let the staff know we will need to store our luggage, we were surprised when they managed to give us the room early so we could refresh before visiting the town. The staff was super helpful and understanding. The location was amazing, and the terrace pool for sunbathing after a tiring day of walking around was amazing with really nice views(Big shout out to the amazing sangria on the terrace floor! We loved it) Thanks to the staff for making us feel comfortable and at home.

I was afraid reading the reviews about the decoration and facilities, but once I was there it was something we overlooked (not that they are bad, maybe a bit dated) since at the end of the day, the pool, the location and the staff is what really makes the whole stay worth it.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in central Lisbon. The location is fantastic, with many amenities within walking distance. The metro station right in front of the hotel made it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, making my stay very pleasant. The bar offered excellent cocktail service, and the hotel had a good small swimming pool.

The drinks at the bar were a bit overpriced compared to outside, and the breakfast menu could use more variety, as some items didn’t meet our expectations. It seemed like the chef and team were struggling a bit to get everything right, and the pool area was a bit crowded and smaller than shown in the pictures.
