The location of the hotel is fantastic...close to all tourist attractions, public transport..safe at night. We had a suite for 3 people, which was very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The room was cleaned regularly, and towels and bed linen were changed. The staff was helpful. I recommend paying for breakfast, which was excellent...a large selection of everything, especially fruit...The rooftop terrace is great...having a drink there in the evening is an exceptional experience.

The hotel is a bit dated, and with a little renovation, it could be made into a top 5 hotel.

Centrally located we had the chance to see the traditional part of the town on feet. The Metro station right in front of the hotel gave us the chance to go easily to the Oceanario and other distantly located squares. Our apartment had lot of space for the four of us, was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the air condition perfect. The breakfast had everything, was tasteful and refilled till the end of the time. The staff was adorable, very kind and helpful. The pool was the best part to relax in the middle of the day, with the most beautiful view of the town. I would definitely return there.

the location turned out to be excellent, right on the Praca de Restauredores (1640). We could walk to many of the major sights in the center of Lisbon like Baixa + Alfama, to the Elevador Santa Justa to go up to Bairro Alto, and to the pick up points for the day tour to Cascais + Sintra, and to the bus stop for Belem. The breakfast was the best we;ve had west of Athens! Italy would do well to take lessons! The rooftop bar + pool offered great views.

Water was provided only on the first day and, until we learned where the shops were, was difficult to purchase near the hotel. The apartment was on the smallish side, which rendered it not such a great value.

A great value hotel in an amazingly central location, with the most stunning view from the rooftop pool. Our room was well-equipped and very comfortable. Friendly staff, quick check-in. For the money we paid, it's great value.

Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't great, with low-quality food offering, and we had to queue for breakfast each day as the breakfast room is tiny. The swimming pool area is always very crowded and the pool is a bit too cold! It would be great if they offered nice food by the pool but they mostly just have frozen pizzas (plenty of drinks though, and lovely staff). Finally, our room was an Aparthotel room but for some reason the refrigerator wasn't even plugged in and didn't work during our stay. I'd still recommend it though, as the location is amazing.

This hotel is in a prime location in Lisbon - close to literally anything, so close that tours were meeting in front of our own hotel. When we entered the room, we found out that we'd been given an apartment with 3 rooms and a bathroom - a kitchen with all amenities, a main bedroom and a spare bedroom with a sitting area. I've never stayed in such a spacious room before. There is also a terrace on the rooftop, where there's a seasonal pool which looked lovely to swim in.

The light switches were a bit funny and didn't always work, but that was the only flaw, really, as we truly enjoyed our stay.

The position in Lisbon was perfect for us. The *HOP ON HOP OFF* buses to all three tourist routes stop right outside and tickets can be purchased at the stop. This was ideal for us as it was our first trip the the city of Lisbon. There is also access to the metro and the Main Line Station is a short distance away which can give to access to other rail links. Public buses also stop right outside the hotel or just around the corner. Everything is so close, the main shopping street, there is an elevator tram just next door too. The main squares. are very close. The view from the Bar/Cafe at the top of the building is amazing and looks over LIsbon to the castle great during the day and beautiful when all lit up at night.

Location was excellent, we found breakfast place across the road, train station 3min of walk, all restaurants are near by. Hotel staff very kind, the receptionist checked us is at 10am, very surprised and so much appreciated. Hotel maids doing very nice cleaning, always been happy to return to the room after a day outside. Hotel provides you even bathrobes and all essential toiletries and even a bottle of water. Super comfy beds and pillows! No outside or inside noise at all.

Only one pair of slippers were give so we had to share, now i think we just should of ask additional pair at the reception or from maid. We didnt find face clothes provided after cleaning. Maybe maid just forgot them. Nothing that bothered us at all.

We reached around 9:30 am and were already allowed to check-in which we didn't even expect. So that's a huge plus and thanks to the staff for that. We also got an extra hour for the checkout. We had two apartments and we were provided nearby ones. The location was really good and central. The apartment had all the basic facilities that we expected and was very clean. You could say that it is a bit dated but we knew that and therefore weren't disappointed like some others had mentioned in some reviews. We didn't use the roof top bar and the swimming pool was closed, so no comments for those.

There is a coffee machine provided in the room but tea bags would have been good for the non-coffee drinkers. The bathroom can be a big congested for people who are of a bigger size, especially the WC and the bathtub for shower. However, this is not something that can be fixed I assume. Breakfast area was a bit crowded and the options were not great but it was not a problem for us and we ate outside on the other days.

Great location on Restauradores, literally a couple of meters from the entrance to a metro station. Also right near the steps, or funicular, to Bairro Alto. Great attentive staff. Fresh towels every day and cleaning staff also wash any dirty dishes left in the sink. It is an older building, but has been renovated. Good price, although we were there in the low season. Great rooftop bar with a view to the castle and a pool.

The kitchen is very basic, but it was OK for us since we only made breakfast in the place. Might be an issue if you're looking to cook meals. Could do with a conventional oven. The microwave is very old fashioned (analogical) and a bit hard to operate. New ones aren't that expensive. A great place for couples, but if you're with kids, you might find it a bit cramped, as they will be sleeping in the living/dining room, which means if you want to stay up later or get up earlier, you'll be restricted to the bedroom. Also, there is only one bathroom.

Outstanding location. Very comfortable room. Having a kitchenette was a bonus and I was surprised how well it was stocked. Room serviced nicely every day. Nice towels and linens. Amazing check in experience where room was ready at 11 am which I’ve only rarely experienced in Europe. Bathroom was very good with excellent water pressure and temperature. The hairdryer could use an update. It works but it is antiquated. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
