- Room facilities and location were great - Breakfast was not great, but good.

- Long check-in process. I arrived on time (1500). However, I was told the room isn't ready yet and will be ready in 10 minutes. It took 45 minutes to be ready. - One of the elevators was out of service, which meant longer waiting on one elevator only, which had to stop every single floor coming up or down the six floors of the building. - The AC in my room (620) was a bit silly when you elevate the temperature. However, I switched it off or lowered the temperature and didn't seek assistance for this issue.

“We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bournemouth. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, but a special shoutout to Bilal and Ricardo — their hospitality was outstanding. They took the time to recommend the best local spots, gave us tips on where to go, and were always sincere, kind, and accommodating. The location of the hotel is also great, with the beautiful Bournemouth beaches just a short walk away. We were lucky to have lovely weather during our stay, which made strolling along the seafront and spending time at the beach even more enjoyable. The combination of good weather, stunning views, and such friendly service made the whole trip memorable. Overall, a really positive experience — great rooms, great people, and a perfect base to enjoy Bournemouth. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back.

I asked about breakfast they said it was 10.95 or .45 and I said I will pay in the morning When breakfast time came they were charging me 15 x2 this was a bit of a shock as the receptionist said ok to me paying the 10.45 in the morning then to charged £30 why is this I didn’t pay the £30 and requested the price they gave me before this need clarification as others will get the £15 charge if instruction are not clear

It was clean. Rooms were clean. Clean bed sheets. Helpful staffs Plenty of breakfast choices and plenty of seating area which with good mixture choice of seating. Only one lift was working which was sometimes took longer wait specially if you are on 6th floor. Beach and pier is just 7-8 minutes walk straight on the Bath Road. Fuel Station is almost opposite Holiday Inn. Try to register with Holiday Inn program to earn points upfront.

Parking charges £15 for 24hours. - expensive You can find £5-6 for 24hours around hotel area within 4-5 minutes. But if you have kids then you are looking for convenience depending on how much luggage you have.

The Breakfast was really good and the staff at breakfast were especially helpful. The room was spacious with everything u could need. Decent shower although the design of the open door meant it was difficult to stop water escaping into the bathroom area. Clean and tidy everywhere with downstairs seating area being welcoming.

Pillows and/or bed combination was not great. I admit to having a fussy back and a good night sleep is not always easy when u stay away But the pillow is as critical as the mattress and for some reason, wherever you go it's the same issue. One pillow is not enough and two pillows is too much. You swap them out but the same issue. The first hotel to nail the pillow situation IMHO will be doin a great service to its residents. Basically a hotels main job is to allow a good night's sleep. Not an easy task as we are all different.

Upon entering the hotel the presentation was clean - no litter or mess, internally the building was really clean, tidy, modern and not tired like other hotels - which was a major consideration in booking our stay. It smelled nice just walking into the building so you know you are going to have a great stay if they make the effort for the small touches. The staff were very presentable and friendly and the service was outstanding - reception and dining area. The room was very tidy and clean and of a good size and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable. The TV was of a good size and easy to connect to WIFI or link your phone or tablet to cast on to the screen. The breakfast was self service for cold foods and assisted for hot food, everything was freshly made and tasted good. There are plenty of parking spaces which are at a reduced rate for guests. The location is good - only a few minutes walk into the town centre.

Fantastic staff and a first class breakfast. Hotel is very clean and has good car parking. Room cleaning staff are so nice and helpful. This hotel has a great customer service attitude only ruined by the lift issue. One of the lifts is not working. This is our forth visit since late 2023 and the lift is still not fixed. The lifts are very small so loosing 50% capacity is a real pain for guests and the hotel cleaning staff who have not separate lift to service the rooms.

Will the owners of this franchise please fix the lift. If you won't invest in your properties basic services and resource your staff then you have no business being in the hotel business.

Breakfast was very good lots of choice for every taste. Dinner wasn’t so successful. We think your chef doesn’t know that bad buns do not get deep fried. And you need more than one disabled space in the upper car park especially as the lift from the garage wasn’t working all week. But that was the only issue. Everything else was excellent

Not enough surface disabled bays. There is one but in the event of lift failure from the underground car park there is not enough.

The location couldn’t be better—just a leisurely 5-minute stroll takes you to the sandy shores of the beach, while a gentle 10-minute walk brings you right into the heart of the vibrant city center, bustling with shops and cafes.

The lifts are incredibly slow, which can be quite challenging, especially when you're on the top floor. Taking the stairs is not a feasible option, particularly if you're dealing with leg issues or have young children in tow. It's essential to address the situation with the lifts, as I've observed that they are often crowded during both off-peak and peak hours. This congestion only adds to the frustration of waiting, making the experience even more difficult for those who rely on them.

The hotel is quite and clean and stylish despite being very close to the centre. The rate was very reasonable. The rooms are of a good size and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The TV has many good channels and Internet quality is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and special thanks to Jithin (from India / Kerla) who was extremely helpful, professional and nice.

Nothing i can think of but if i have to add, i would say breakfast could have little more variety. In particular, the coffee machine quality could be better. But generally all was very good
