The location is perfect. Not very noisy, located in a nice neighbourhood. The best thing is the beds which are very comfortable and relaxing , there is also always hot water running and an elevator for all floors. All facilities are clean. And the staff always available and polite!!!

The rooms are a little aged, barely renovated but fully functional. The walls are very thin between the rooms so you here almost everything from next door. Breakfast is not satisfying and sadly it was exactly the same every single morning.

The location is great and very close to my work venue. The room was nice and clean. The wifi was great, I used it for an important online meeting and it did not disappoint me. The staff were very friendly.

My room was a little bit tiny and the next door room was very noisy. I think it was used by staff, not a guest.

The reception staff and their help with everything, especially the man who checked us in (I forgot his name🥹), but in general everything is good except for the food staff

The reception staff were great but the food staff were not good at all, we were not treated well and all the time Ruth (the name of the breakfast worker) was angry and shouting

The hotel is located in the most beautiful and convenient central location in Rome just a few minutes walk from my favourite Piazza Navona and St Angelo Bridge. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops and supermarkets nearby as well as places to go for long beautiful walks by the river and to get lost in charming side streets. The hotel staff is lovely and helpful, rooms are small but beautiful with gigantic and very comfortable beds, decadent bathrooms. Window was overlooking a walled inner courtyard so no view and had to have blinds closed but it meant that it was very quiet so no noise from the street was heard which was wonderful

. I'd love it if there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room, this was the first time I didn't have one in a hotel and I really missed it. The breakfast was nice but if you don't eat bread there wasn't a huge choice but for €6 it was worth it for some coffee and scrambled eggs or yogurt. I'd definitely recommend it and would stay again - if I stayed longer I'd probably buy a kettle ;) there are a few tables and comfortable chairs in the common room but the bar is never open and it'd be nice to be able to have a coffee there if it was.

Staff were very nice and so accomodating with special mention to receptionist GIANLUCA, ROBERTO and ALFONSO from kitchen. Location is also very good and easy access on buses, but a distance away from Metro. Vatican is a 20 min walk same as going to Roma Termini. Just be mindful with pickpocketers which is all over Rome.

Breakfast is so basic with only few choices and it would be better to have option with hot foods not just scrambled egg which is limited. Water pressure from shower is slow and need to take a bath early as it runs out early morning when moat people needs a shower.

I had a great stay! The location was excellent – close to shopping, restaurants, major sights, and within walking distance to the Vatican. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, though I would’ve appreciated some fresh vegetables. The staff were truly lovely – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay here again!

No Slippers in the Rooms – A small but important detail is missing, especially for comfort.

Good location, half way between the Vatican and the historical centre, in a busy but pleasant part of the city. Our room was quiet,very comfortable, very clean, and well maintained by the cleaning staff. Breakfast was plentiful, mainly self service, and well organised.Reception staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

The quilt cover on the bed was not designed well - it was open down the side and the quilt was therefore prone to sliding out. The shower temperature was variable. We would have preferred more plain options at breakfast - all the pastries were very sugary! These were minor issues however, and we would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

The bed was very comfortable, the room clean, there were 2 chairs already in the room, which should be standard for a double room with 2 guests but often is not. We had enquired about a water boiler and one was there when we arrived. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast large and varied and had all the usual choices.

The sitting area on the 1st floor, if needing to wait for one’s room or another guest, is an awkward shaped room that is not pleasantly arranged but we only had to be there for 10 minutes while our room was being finished. Not really a problem.

Location, breakfast, room but above all the staff, from Giann Luca who greeted us when we arrived and answered so many of our questions, Roberto who got us milk for our tea on Christmas night, Danielo who answered many other questions and organised our taxi to the airport to the lovely lady who attended to the housekeeping, the staff here were fantastic. They were so welcoming and room was big, comfortable and clean, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
