Size of the room was good, beds comfy and cleanliness was also excellent. Check in was easy, staff friendly. Perfect location for access to the event we were attending.

No kitchen sink in the unit, there's something I personally find gross about washing dishes in a bathroom sink. Also, no plug for the sink. Only stayed for 2 nights and didn't have a large amount of dishes anyway so not a big deal. Would definitely stay again. Enviro notice in the bathroom re: changing of towels, despite leaving ours hanging on the towel rail for reuse as only there for two nights they were removed and replaced with new ones. If it's done that way regardless, you need to remove the notices.

Rooms much bigger than expected. Felt clean, fresh and modern as soon as I opened the door. Best pillow in my life! I actually forgot to ask if I could buy the pillow! Absolutely perfect spot for my visits to a patient in hospital.

Batteries flat in tv remote and heat pump remote not working - both very easy fixes, wasn't a problem. I could've asked but was tired and stressing. No table and chairs to eat at, perhaps if I had a bigger family room there may have been. There was a desk though. Just didn't want my kids spilling food on the beds or floor. A little noisy during the night but expected that being by the hospital.

Room 9 Air Con Heater on the wall couldn't get the heat setting working would switch of, Panel Heater cord had been cut an the wire was exposed it was a very cold night, Room 31 didn't bother trying as we brought our own heater after staying there the previous week an nothing worked in another room Lucky we had fan heater. We had 3 Rooms Booked originally as they were non refundable even booked a month out we only used 2 rooms, Exec Room was a kitchenette not keen on getting my water from the bathroom tap, No Electric Blanket Both Rooms

Excellent location right across road from the hospital where my husband had surgery, and we live in Wairarapa so needed to stay in Palmerston North. Loved the café Zest on premises, great coffee and food! I see it's also a favourite for nursing staff! Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others who need accommodation near hospital.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable night's stay. It featured a large bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, which was convenient for the kids. Plus, parking was available right outside our door. The location is excellent, situated directly across from the hospital, and there’s a dairy just a two-minute walk away.

Could not fault anything

The room was as expected, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Very close to several restaurants. The area was reasonably quiet, however it is directly across the road from the Hospital so helicopters coming in and out during the night. The room has a very good heater and the bed very comfy. My room was a little dated but this was to be expected for an overnight motel. The free Wi-Fi was good. The shower was adequate, linen very pressed and clean. A large flat screen TV and comfy chairs were good at the end of the day. This was ideal for a one night stop over that is very close the airport.

We were visiting family in the hospital so the location was perfect for us. Check in was fast and everyone who we spoke to who worked here was always helpful and kind. The room was clean, tidy and well equipped. The beds were suuuuuper comfortable

There is not much I didn't like, the only thing I can think of would be some sharper knives in the kitchen

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The plug in the bath needs upgrading, it's hard to get the plug out after a bath once water is in it. The fridge needs to stay on constantly, as we wanted to cool food when we arrived, but the fridge has to be turned on by a dial in the fridge, so it took ages to get cold. Other than the above it was a great stay

Carramar very handy to the hospital actually its just across the road from the entrance. I live in the Wairarapa and had a 7am appointment at the hospital and would of had to get up at 4 in the morning get ready and drive there so was glad the room was available and i booked it😊👍

Apart from my husband hearing the sounds of sirens and traffic coming from the road and the hospital it didnt bother me because im deaf There was nothing to not like

Lovely and clean. Great shower - excellent water pressure. Pillows were actually decent, which is uncommon these days! Good variety of thickness/density. Opposite the hospital - which is what we needed. Very accommodating/flexible as we weren't sure if my son would be staying or would need admitting.

A bit noisy as to be expected from the location, nothing the property could do
