Enough sun beds and great pool to cool down in with additional comfortable seats in shade. Great large supermarket right next door so able to provide provisions meaning lack of nearby restaurants (beyond the adjacent Indian restaurant) not a problem. Flat walk to airport, less than 10mins. Warm, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was perfect for my needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 3K Hotel Faro. Located just a stone's throw away from the airport, you'd expect noise and chaos, but this hidden gem managed to provide the perfect blend of convenience and serenity. The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the peaceful atmosphere. Despite being in such close proximity to the airport, the hotel was an oasis of tranquility. This was a huge relief after a long journey. A highlight is the swimming pool. The crystal-clear water was a refreshing way to beat the heat, and the poolside area was well-maintained. With a rental e-scooter, it was a short and joyful ride to Faro Beach. Speaking of cleanliness, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's commitment to hygiene. From the lobby to my room, every corner was very clean. The room came with a balcony. The hotel staff truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of the receptionist. It was her second day on the job, but you would never have guessed it – she was efficient and incredibly friendly. If you're reading this, dear receptionist, I want to wish you all the best in your new role and hope to see your smiling face on my next visit! Location-wise, the hotel couldn't have been better situated. Restaurants and supermarkets are a short walk away. The beach is a 10-minute ride away with an e-scooter or a rental bike. The icing on the cake was the easy 10-minute stroll to the airport. It's a luxury to be able to roll out of bed and reach your departure gate without any hassle. In conclusion, with its peaceful ambiance, pristine pool, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff, I can definitely recommend this hotel. Good access to the Airport and a local Pingo Doce grocery store. Nice that there was 24 hour attendant at hotel front desk. Restaurant next door serves a variety of Indian, Pizza, and Portuguese food and open until 23:30 on the night we were there (August 2025). Not gourmet, but very decent late night grub when nothing else is open and everyone is tired. 8 minute drive to University of Algarve, 15 minute drive to Algarve Stadium, and another short drive into downtown Faro. Price point was good for high season and last minute availability. Would stay there again. No frills, but entirely clean and functional.

Although only stayed for one night after we arrived late it was lovely and close to the airport which was lovely and convenient. The rooms was also really nice and modern. Being that we were only down the road from the airport, it was a very quiet and peaceful night as you could not hear any plans coming or departing while the door to the balcony was closed. Can’t comment on the facilities as we didn’t use them but we did see the swimming pool as we left in the morning. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again for the convenience and comfort.

The receptionists were friendly and smiling, even at the late hour we were checking in. The hotel is an ideal choice for staying the night before or after your flight. Close to the airport and a few supermarkets. The bed was decent, the bathroom clean. Overall, it served its purpose well.

They make you sign a non-smoking waiver, but upon checking in, you find a bottle filled with cigarettes that the cleaner didn't dispose of after the previous guests. So some attention to detail is lacking. Just like in the bathroom, where you're missing a few essential things, like a toilet brush. Another downside is that you could hear people coming and going out of their rooms all night, but it wasn't so bad that it would disturb your sleep.

Exactly the type of hotel you expect for an airport Hotel - clean, convenient, good night sleep. Hotel is literally next door to the airport - 10 minute walk with foot path right to the airport doors. We walked with our 3 big suitcases and no issues. Room plenty big and clean. Comfortable bed, good night sleep. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Nice little balcony. Pool area has sun lounges and a little seating area so was lovely to chill out for a bit. Faro marina with all of the restaurants is only a 10 minute drive away which we ubered at €5.50 per way. Highly recommend if landing in very late at night or if you have a very early morning flight.

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location when traveling to the airport. The swimming pool is a great facility, so relaxing after a day travelling. Staff is outstanding! All of the are very nice kind and helpful, you feel really welcomed.

Even though the location is perfect walking there is a bit dangerous as the bus stops and airport are just a little bit further you have to walk along the motorway without any safety guards(which is nothing to do with the hotel itself) Usb plugs could be a nice addition to the rooms😉

The hotel is very close to the airport, 10 to 15min walk depending on your strength. The room was comfy and clean and was cleaned during my stay. The bed was very comfy. I was on the ground floor so it was easy to access and maneuver. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot review that. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage if you are early or staying late for your flight and you can still have access to the pool which was really nice, ask for a pool towel There is a supermarket next door and Indian restaurant If you like seafood and want a good seafood restaurant I recommend restaurant O Rui it is 15 mins by Uber from the hotel or a 50min walk. The view on the way to the restaurant are so nice. I do recommend a stay as a family. Also as a solo traveler, which I was on this trip. Uber is cheaper if you need to travel by taxi.

Only that there was no kettle to make tea coffee or mini fridge to keep water or drinks. A curtain would be nice at the balcony door because there is a mirror at the door and people could actually see in if they came to my balconies by the pool.

The location. Of this property is perfect for an over night stay before an early flight or a late flight arriving. It’s very easy to get from the airport to the hotel. It’s only a 10 minute walk .The room we had was fine and spacious , very clean and comfortable . We also had a very big balcony which was nice. As we only stayed the one night we didn use the pool or have brekkie the following morning so can’t comment on those. However I will say the staff were very very friendly and welcoming .
