The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Being on the lower ground floor, the room was pretty cool even when it was very hot outside. There was also a fan provided. It was somewhat close to Buckingham palace and big Ben. 20 minute walk away. There were lots of shops close by to buy little bits and pieces you may need. Breakfast was nice, quite a lot of options... (No fried eggs though). Check in and check out times were very good 2pm check in 11am check out. Also the process for both were very smooth and easy.

The bathroom was very small, if you're a slightly larger person this would be a real struggle. I couldn't find a hair dryer... It wasn't too much of an issue for me. The most unfortunate thing is... That being on the lower ground floor, whoever was in the room above were very loud, we could hear them walking around all hours of the night. And using the toilet.

I stayed at the Best Western Corona Hotel in Westminster and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent – right in Westminster, which makes it easy to explore London on foot or with convenient transport links nearby. The room itself was cosy, clean, and comfortable for one person. It wasn’t very big, but perfectly fine for a solo stay, and the atmosphere felt welcoming.

The only real downside was the bathroom. While it was actually a decent size for a London hotel and clean, the shower setup was quite inconvenient. There was only a large fixed showerhead with no shower hose, which made showering uncomfortable and less practical than expected.

We booked a family room for two people. We do not like crampted hotel rooms. Our room had one double bed and one single bed. There were two arm chairs, a TV and a dresser. Tea and coffee making supplies. The bathroom was nice with a rain shower. The front desk reception staff were very good. They were helpful to us. Breakfast is served in a lower level room. It was spacious with a buffet style set-up. The location of this hotel is excellent for Victoria Rail and Coach stations. We are seniors so we used a taxi to get to the rail station with our luggage. It is walkable in about 15-20 minutes on level ground. There are a number of nice hotels in this area.

We had no complaints.

I’m giving this hotel a 10/10 rating. As a hospitality professional with over 14 years of experience, I can confidently say that this property truly deserves it. The location is excellent — right in the heart of London, close to everything. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job: the room was spotless, with great attention to detail, and even the terrace was perfectly maintained. The morning front desk team also deserves a special mention for their warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent guest service during check-out.

However, I would like to share a constructive remark regarding the lady working the evening shift at reception. To enhance the overall guest experience, I would suggest the following improvements: • Ensure she wears her name badge, which helps guests feel more comfortable and connected; • Encourage a warmer and more welcoming attitude, as first impressions are essential; • Strengthen her guest communication and hospitality skills to better reflect the high standards of your hotel. These are only small points of improvement that could make the guest experience even more perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

My best place to stay yet when travelling for work, it's a 15mins walk to my workplace too. The desk staff are always super, very helpful. The rooms are warm and cozy, wifi great, feels more like home than hotel, which is why I keep coming back.

No AC, so if it's hot, its hot, has a fan though. . Sometimes the shower isn't warm enough for me, but this time I got lucky. My face powder spilled and left some stain even after picking up the debris. Housekeeping would rather I got slammed with a GBP150 fine than even attempt to hoover it. The desk staff assisted when he heard and we cleaned it up in 3 seconds flat. Big up to the desk staff, wish I got his name - always very kind and willing to listen or help. Now, that housekeeper...

Location was perfect, though I must admit a bit 'edgy' but that's to be expected in a capital city. The light/ electrics were not working in my original room and so I was moved to an alternative which was perfectly acceptable. I would not have been happy to spend the night in the dark, so it was lucky there was a room available. But everything else was as described on the website - I was there for 10 hrs, so perfect!

The main electric switch (operated by the key card) should have been checked before allowing the room to be allocated. I would not have been happy if they couldn't move me to another room

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good choice at breakfast and the food was tasty. A convenient walking distance from Victoria Station and by tube to central London. A decent room price for London.

The bath towel could have been bigger and a non-slip mat for inside the shower would be safer. I never did work out how to open the toiletry bottles! Part of the telly is behind the wardrobe which makes it difficult to view. Perhaps the TV would have come out on a lever but I didn't attempt this and anyway I could not have reached it as I am not tall and there is no stepstool.

The hotel is located just outside the main tourist areas but is easily accessible via underground station. A few moments away. The local area has many places to eat drink and socialise without experiencing the London prices.

A solo traveller i would normally book a double room for the extra space. Unfortunately, this trip was on a budget. The bathroom sink was grossly undersized and difficult to access for a larger person.

Location was great, very close to Pimlico station and a short walk to Victoria station. You can easily walk to Tate Britain and if you're willing walk a bit to you can walk to Battersea Power Station as well. There's also a bus stop near by which can take you to Camden in single hop, SWR station near MI6, which you can take to go to Windsor Station is also walk-able from here.

Facility was showing some age, elevator, shower, etc., you can tell it's decades old. But it was cleanly maintained so not a big issue. I didn't mind but probably walls are not that thick, so you can hear the noise from the street. There is no A/C but there's heater in each room. I've stayed at late December and had no issue with the room temperature. I don't know how it will be in the warmer season.

Location (I love Belgrave road), the room felt warm and cosy. A bit more spacious in comparison to other Belgrave road hotels.. Good to work in with the table and chair. Staff warm. Nice padding to cushion noises

The shower was certainly not hot and could not be repaired, also the safe box. They offered to change rooms but I would have to check out early before going to work and it was too much trouble packing up again after all the unpacking, so ended up staying - they seem to be always fully booked around this period
