Great location. Easy access. Spacious interior. Nice view.

There was no fans or AC system for when it was hot.

Location was great.

The sewage small from the main bathroom drains everyday and night was that bad we had complained and then had to put a wet towel over the floor wastes to prevent smell coming into our room

Very big spacious rooms. Good facilities like dishwasher and washing machine that came with powders. Amazing location

Nothing we didn’t like. The only issue was finding how to get to the building as the google maps wasn’t up to date and the road in front was shut for works - could have sent a note to say how to drive through the shut road.

Room was spacious and clean and good location.

The only thing that I didn't like where the beds. Once single bed was on a lean and the double bed was very hard.

The location was perfect. Centre of town with an uninterrupted view of the marina and harbour. The rooms were clean and well resourced. We had a bigger apartment than we needed as we like to have our own space. It was lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and more.

The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The tiles still had hair on them and what appeared to be a bit of a nose-bleed by the shower above the bath. The TV only had Sky. No Streaming services or Chromecast, which was a bit of a let-down, but just meant we had more time to enjoy the views and relax.

2nd room blind isn’t block out so whenever anyone is in the common hallway area the light comes through

Wow what an amazing apartment! We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment as a family and it was perfect for our needs. My son came from Otago University and the rest of us flew down to Queenstown to meet him. The apartment is within walking distance to town, supermarkets and restaurants and itis very spacious with an excellent view. We had visitors come for dinner (full kitchen) and they were very impressed as to the size and comfort of the apartment with a large dining room table to play cards and games. The beds were comfy (and HUGE) and it had everything we needed. Perfect for a Queenstown family getaway including parking underneath and access to ski drying cupboards which were great.

Good location but very steep street entrance. We had someone in a wheelchair and walking to and from the town centre (very close) was not possible. We ran out of body wash, coffee pods, dishwasher tabs etc. Soap and lotion dispensers need to be squeezed quite firmly, which was not possible for our elderly relative. Unit only serviced once a week, so any top ups have to be requested. Lots of kitchen equipment but only one small vegetable knife. No bread knife, no carving knives.

Location INCREDIBLE literally right in the action of Queenstown, we hired a car as we skied Cardrona but if it was a Queenstown/tours trip we were on then we wouldn't have needed a car, once home of a day the car wasn't used again. The apartment was self contained with everything we needed to cook a few of the nights, we were there for 9 & with 2 children eating in occasionally, cooking breakfasts was ideal. The apartment was spotless & having a washer/dryer awesome. The hosts were respectful, we were left to our own devices unless we required them, late checkout granted when we remembered to request, the night prior to departing, was a pleasant end to our stay to say the least! Beds were incredible comfortable, heating divine, peaceful location for right in the heart of everything, highly reccommend!

Not necessarily in reference to this accommodation specifically but we were disappointed there are no hot pools in Queenstown, a spa house- other than Onsen Day Spa which is incredibly expensive for a family with children... It would be great to finish the long day on the slopes with a sauna/spa somewhere. Even if it was added to accommodation as an additional option to purchase?

I liked everything about this apartment. The location was awesome, the apartment was very spacious, very well equipped, warm, comfortable and a great design. We were travelling in 2 cars so were able to get free parking within the complex for both cars. We had a 2 small children with us and it was very safe for them within the unit and there was a big internal courtyard which we would have used in summer.
