Self check in was smooth. Inside was clean and warm which was very appreciated when it was -2 outside. The sleeping pods were private and I was allocated one that also had a UK plug socket which made me feel that staff had tailored the facilities more than usual. Free wi-Fi and in-pod Netflix. It’s spacious and dark enough for sleeping inside the pods without being pitch black so you don’t feel you’re in a coffin.

I wasn’t informed until after I’d checked out that I could leave my luggage in the locker until 6pm on check out day. This information if given on booking or even at the research stage would have improved my travel plans and I would have spent the day locally instead of moving on to another city/country. I feel it’s also a facility offered that might encourage others to book. Having a kettle or some kind of drinks machine would have been a welcome bonus after arriving late in the day in the winter

I stayed in Space for the second time. I knew what to expect and I had prepared (small towel, flat pillow, own earplugs). The rest was absolutely ok. Nice location with nice restaurants nearby. I like the smooth communication.

The door slammed loudly, some adjustments are needed. (Fortunately, its not noticeable with earplugs.) The toilet had no private sink as one of the other location, but it was just a minor issue. More space (e.g. more shelves) for the shoes would be necessary.

A capsule was big and it gave lots of privacy. Nice tv inside. Fast-replying service.

The headphones to TV should be disposable since it's not hygienic to use after someone. The towel for shower should be provided - I can not understand how in hostel there is no towel, people usually travel cheap and they don't have space in the suitcase for such things. They provided us with a small towel, I hung mine outside my capsule, and it dissapeard. I needed to keep it inside. The first capsule I have got smelled awful but I think it was a guy that was in the capsule below... The stench was so strong that I asked for a replacement and here big thank you to the service for changing me the capsule.

I've got exactly what was promised, no more, no less. Location is very convinient, 12 min from Vienna main station. Capsule is clean. There is a possibility to close capsule outside and inside plus you have a safe and a separate cabinet for your luggage. Very simple but enough for short stay. Price to comfort ratio is very good.

Place is not soundproof, you hear other people (location provides free earplugs). Also, light enters inside a capsule (for me it is even positive but you might need a mask). No kitchen, but there is a restaurant next door. However, you are well informed about those issues at the time of the booking, so it is not a surprise and you decide if this is ok for you.

Really unique experience. We loved the blue lights and the design. The sheets were really clean and the matress comfortable. We had a really good night's sleep. The instructions for self check-in were really clear. It's situated in a nice area, 15 minutes walk away from the Central train station. We walked to city center and it took us 35 minutes of just looking at amazing buildings. There are a lot of lockers to secure your baggage. We were told we could leave our baggage locked until 18:00 on check out day, so that was really useful. The bathroom had plenty of toilet paper and liquid soap.

The limited space leaves little room for a common space with chairs, tables bean bags etc. There is just one small table + 1 chair. Near our capsule there was a bench and that was really helpful to organize luggage or change your clothes.

That was surprising! My first stay in this kind of hotel was really good. There is no staff in hostel, but you can contact them easily, all the informations were on time and they allow you to leave your luggage after checkout until 16:00. Close to railway station and metro line makes it easy to travel around. Everything was clean and taken care off. Capsules are really well airvented, you can change the settings and the mattress is good. Although they don't cancel all the noise you can have some free earplugs. If you have luck and meet as good people as I have, the evenings and lines to shower are actually a fun time. This hotel is compact and allows 30-years old feel the ambience of teenage hostels in a comfortable way with a necessary privacy for adults.

The place itself it is perfectly placed close to shops, main train station and city center. For me because i was in wien for one night before my flight it was perfect value comfort/money. The bed is comfy and the necessities inside the capsule are plenty to satisfy your stay.

Keep in mind that the capsule it's not sound proof and i could actually hear someone yawning from another room inside the other capsule. All in all it was perfect for a one night stay. I will def. come back!

First time i ever tried sleeping in these pod things. It was interesting. The bed was comfortable, temperature and air is perfect. You get your own private space, which looks like a space ship. There is no check in or anyone working here to meet, you just get a code to the door and the number of your pod. There is a TV in the pod and headphones to watch the TV. A table you can set up for a book, laptop, some food or drink or whatever while watching something No one bothers you and you can sleep naked, which was great. Outside the pod its just other pods, lockers to put your stuff down, a toilet and a shower. Nothing more. I didnt meet anyone here, just heard some movement from when i was in my pod. If you want to socialize, this is not the place for that. But after a long day of solo traveling and you want to relax, the vibe is really nice for that.

No kitchen, didnt meet anyone from the reception or other people from the pods so it was kinda weird for the first time. I just didn't know what to expect from a place like this

I walked from the Hauptbhanhoff to Blechtumgasse and find the sign which said code sent by email today. I had no internet so I had to walk back to the Hauptbhanhoff to get its wifi and find your code then walk back. Perhaps you could send email and code the day before?
