Hotel was lovely - great location, good facilities, and wonderful staff. Alicja was extremely helpful in assisting us with our room.

Just about everything. The hotel was of an excellent standard and the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant delivered some excellent food and you could sit inside or on the terrace in the sunshine overlooking the marina. It's position right in the centre of St Helier makes it great for all the shops, bars and restaurants on offer.

I know it was a hotel but the bar prices were a little high for certain items. Also, when we arrived we didn't have a chest of drawers in our room although our friends next door in an identical room did. When we asked at reception they quickly provided us with one but it looked like it had come out of a long forgotten storeroom, it was small and had a very worn top on it. However, it was a chest of draws but we expected a better quality item from a hotel of the standard of Radisson Blu.

The room was South West facing and had a superb view of the marina, the castle and a large part of the bay. Overall the hotel was very well presented with spacious and inviting communal areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Added facilities include a small indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and massage. The breakfast buffet was quite good, the choices for dinner were plenty and room service was very quick. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance or a very short taxi ride from the many restaurants and shops in St. Helier. Added bonus are the cinema and indoor waterpark which are virtually next door.

We stayed in a business class room which was very spacious and had a superb sea view. The bed was huge and the mattress and bedding were super comfortable. If there is anything negative to mention then it would be that the room's interior looked ever so slightly worn and dated.

Location excellent, with views of sea, marina and castle, within walking distance of bus station which makes it easy to get about island. Facilities in hotel excellent, restaurant excellent and good choice on breakfast menu. Staff were excellent, and I would particularly mention a lady at reception who helped us when my wife became ill. I didn’t get her name sadly, but sincere thanks to her, for her help and concern.

The ‘music’. Our room was on 2nd floor above terrace. On Friday night, whilst getting ready for dinner, the music from the waterfront terrace was horrendous. Extremely loud, with a very strong loud and heavy beat, and the DJ certainly enjoyed turning the volume up. When we went for dinner we asked a member of staff how long the music was on for and their initial words were, ‘would you really call that music’. Which sums it up. Fortunately we were out for dinner until after 9pm when the music finished, but for us, ( and it seems at least one of your staff) not the right genre of music for sitting enjoying a drink in a wonderful location.

Beautiful location, modern, nice hotel. The bed is extra wide, and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast is good.

We liked almost everything, except that we couldn’t activate the Radisson Reward account. The Receptionist ladies couldn’t help, I wrote to the customer care, but no answer arrived at all, although I wrote again. Nobody told us that we can get the discount by showing only the reg. number, that we already had. So we paid the full amount for dinner. The waiters could have known in the restaurant that we were hotel guests, or at least they should have told us, that we can get the 10% discount if we have a reg.number. When I went back to the reception saying that we couldn’t activate the account, they didn’t offer a retospective discount. This is not very customer friendly, I think.

Location! Location! Sea view from our room was exceptionally good. Clean hotel with a great stylish lobby / bar area. Very professional & courteous staff particularly at the reception desks upon arrival & throughout the stay. Great breakfast with plenty of options to cater for all tastes.

Slightly slow service with drinks & food than we would have liked. I had to chase up a few drink orders which were sitting on the bar. Quality of the ingredients on the menu needs some refinement - Had the mussels & club sandwich one day & both were poor. Chicken was overcooked & mussels were not fresh.

View to the Castle and Marina was very nice, parking easy and close by. The hotel is also very close and handy for the ferry

Booking.com service however was very poor, they let us down very much and didnt resolve the issues raised with them (even though I booked through them) It was the hotel themselves who handled everything much better so in hindsight I wish I had gone direct to the hotel. Even a few days after raising concerns Booking.com dont come back to you as efficiently as they should and have failed in their customer service big time.

Welcoming reception area, very nice breakfast and bar. Most reception staff were great.

Nothing on the menu suitable for vegetarian with coeliac disease (unless I wanted olives for dinner) the bar staff did ask me to look at the menu and see what id like and the chef would try to adapt something, I asked if they had gf pizza or pasta but they said not, apart from gf bread there was actually nothing else for me, until I suggested soup which luckily was vegetarian. Just unfortunately a common problem but a large well known chain like Radisson blu could do better and I did feel that they weren't that helpful to be honest. Breakfast was better but no labelling of ingredients.
