Great location. Great size. Heaps of room and storage. Perfect to walk to all site seeing in Rome. Great French cafe around corner and lots of close by restaurants

It was a little run down. It was still clean but looked tired. Needed a new paint and the bathrooms oldish. The Sonder App didn’t explain in detail about the apartment floor only it was apartment 1. But it’s apartment 1 in the 4th floor. They were very easy to contact which is helpful when arriving late at night. I didn’t like the key system. It was clunky being a website link on phone and not connected to the app. The funny mechanism on door was annoying and if your not set up with internet this would have been an issue getting in. I feel a physical key would be better bout I understand it’s safer with an app.

I like the size of the place. It was very clean and comfortable. Place had a wonderful view and size was right for a group of 5 friends. We loved the layout of the place and the common areas like the kitchen and dining so we can talk, listen to music, cook and dine together.

It was far from grocery or convenience store especially if we need to buy things at a whim. We later discovered that there was a nearer grocery store as carrefour was little bit far. We sometimes encountered challenges entering the building. Sometimes it was ok sometimes it took awhile. We were mostly seniors but good thing we had one young person with us who could help us.

Location is excellent, walking distance to the main attractions in Rome. Nice airy open plan modern apartment equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Beds are very comfortable. The Sonder staff were very helpful and quick with replying when we had a few queries on checking in. The App is very useful, we used this to book an earlier paid check in. Wifi is good throughout the apartment.

Not so much as 'didn't like', just additional information which might be helpful when staying at the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor in a residential building. It has an old fashioned lift with pulled metal doors. Be mindful after using the lifts, that the doors are closed properly behind you. Otherwise, the lift will not operate if residents are trying to use from other floors. We had a resident knocking our door complaining she was unable to use the lift because we had not closed the lift doors. I hadn't use the lift, but went onto apologise anyway and I got a thumbs from her! I guess it must be a reoccurrence issue for with tourists using the apartments in the building.

They haven’t gotten the phone app entry system down yet. We had multiple issues with entry & departures. Closest Metro was ~15 minute walk. The temperature controls needed to be rebooted several times.

Getting into the property was a mission

Fantastic location, great size room with a nice view. walking wardrobe, Netflix, well equipped kitchen and bathroom (washer/dryer was a winner as travelled with 2 young boys). Comfy large bed. nice lightning and decoration.

upholstery definitely needs refreshing. the whole apartment is lovely but could use some attention (leaking shower head and a toilet flush). Although the main bed was very comfy the sofa was horrendous. not enough mugs and glasses for a family. it is a great apartment though. But it could be even better!

Incredible location, just cross the river and a short walk and your in the historical Centre of Rome. The restaurant district of Prati in also on your door step with many quality restaurants and bars to enjoy. This place is also located just 50m from a bus stop with multiple bus route options taking you to the major sites of Rome or Rome Termini. The apartment it’s self was ultra clean and light filled, with sweeping views across Rome. We were a family of four and the kids slept on the fold out which was actually solid and comfortable for them both.

Not many lights (however tons of natural light) and a small shower, but both manageable.

Everything. The location is amazing with views of the river, and we walked to every site each day. I loved the small and thoughtful touches like a few dishwasher and laundry tabs; it made it feel like a holiday to have had someone else think of making life easier. Beds comfy, everything in perfect order and very clean.

There isn’t anything that needs to change. It’s perfect.

Excellent location - easy to get to everywhere. Had an issue with door, but was quickly resolved with Fabio & the call centre staff were responsive and helpful. Well set up apartment, with everything we needed, Grazie

Maybe a key for the apartment door, rather than just relying on electronic access when it doesn’t work!!😊

Very spacious for 4 people. Clean, very responsive host. Great location. Very big wardrobe.

Ac wasn’t working but host was very responsive and helpful nonetheless. Hot water wasn’t sufficient for 4 people.
