On arrival we were greeted by the Owner. He was really nice/welcoming and accommodating. He gave me a 2L milk for our 2 night stay. Which was awesome as we always have to buy a big bottle. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Tv in main bedroom and one in lounge that was a Smart Tv. Couches comfy. It had a fenced courtyard which is perfect for families with small kids. The Spa Bath was great for my son who made the most of it. Plenty of parking and spacious. We went out one day and came home to see our room had been serviced and towels replaced. Rubbish removed etc. That was a really nice surprise. As most hotels don’t do this anymore. We really appreciated it. The kitchen was faultless. It had everything you could want and it was quality. Super close to everything and a Dairy across the road and a Cafe 5min walk away. We will definitely stay here again next year when we come back down.

Can’t fault anything

Loved the location, easy to locate, quick and easy check in and out, very quiet little area, staff very cheerful and helpful Room was nice big, spacious, tidy and clean, and extra bed in the living area too. Parking spots was awesome as I had to keep getting things out of my car through the night I got offered more towels when seen that I was with my family, but they werent staying What stood out most was the spa in the room. I couldnt believe how huge it was...oh and the fruit bowl on the table, i wanted to ask where it was from but time was running out for me I had a lovely sleep over, bed was comfy and more than enough blankets Will definitely go back here If i have to

I didnt stay long enough 😅

I've stayed at this motel a few times, and each visit reveals new details that enhance the experience. Each room has its clothesline at the back, which is more convenient than a dryer. The bathroom has practical hooks conveniently placed to hang clothes, which is much better than using the towel rail or hand basin. The location is excellent, close to amenities but away from the town's busyness. Across the road is a shop and a garage a bit further. It's near the hospital without heavy traffic. The kitchen is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The garden's Japanese-inspired ambience, natural elements, and meticulous upkeep bring a sense of peace. Sitting outside, whether enjoying the garden or the morning sun, is delightful; the lilies are picturesque. The thoughtful amenities, serene environment, and outstanding hospitality make it a top choice for any traveller. I highly recommend this motel for anyone seeking a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay. This place consistently exceeds expectations, offering exceptional value for money. The new owner provides outstanding hospitality.

I could not fault this place.

We found the room was very spacious and extremely well equipped. We really appreciated the special touches including the fresh milk on arrival, the many tea/coffee options in room, the Sky movies and the comfortable bed and nice towels. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The roof made a loud cracking noise a number of times just as we were falling asleep (maybe something in the roofing was contracting when it got colder outside?). We realise there is not much the owners can do about that.

The person who assisted was good and that he went above and beyond. The location of the place where we stayed as a couple was close enough to town for us to walk there and back. Bit of exercise won't hurt anyone. Stayers at the place next to us were friendly.

It's a pity that the shower pressure wasn't strong enough for us as it would've been good. Other than that not more bad points.

Room was immaculate and spacious, kitchen well supplied, spa bath looked great (although we didn't use it), location very near to hospital and restaurants

Walls were a bit thin, we could hear what was going on in adjoining rooms, also a lot of street noise but not enough to really bother us

It is clean and tidy inside and out, and the seating outside is excellent. This place has everything you need: comfortable beds, good privacy on the door, and window netting, which also provides great privacy.

Only 3 towels for two people to shower at night and in the morning. We needed 4. Not much of an issue was just a matter of asking for more.

Friendly staff at check-in and brought us over more towels, smelt nice as we entered room, very clean!!. Beds were super comfy.

The shower needs a lip so water doesn't go out onto the floor..little bit of mold around the edges of the floor. I just fit through the shower door because it hits the bench.

First of all the delightful woman who checked us in was very friendly, she was a pleasure to deal with.Perfect location as close to the airport for an early morning flight. Room was big & comfortable with everything you could need if staying in & cooking a meal. Comfortable furniture & a decent size TV at the perfect height, no strained neck trying to watch as so many other accommodation locations have. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place, we would stay again if passing through Palm Nth.

There was a low key musty smell when first entering the room. I had brought a scented candle from home which helped. There needed to be bodywash dispenser or soap to use in the bath. There was only bodywash, shampoo dispenser in the shower
