Location is unbeatable - centre of town on Lambton Quay, you can walk everywhere! Most of the best shops, plus a supermarket and the Cable Car are there. All Wellington's buses in all directions pass along this street and the bus-stop is practically at the front door. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The two bedroom suite was a good fit for our family and the layout (including the kitchen) was modern and tasteful. For a 7 day stay it was handy to have a good size fridge, hot-plate, dishwasher, washing machine & drier, spacious living room and dining table. It was also wonderful that members of our party were able to park their camper-van in the hotel's open-air carpark (fee-payable).
As well as the main bathroom, we appreciated the "powder room" (toilet and washbasin) off one of the rooms. However, the latter did not have a single place to hang a towel or bathrobe. This somewhat limited its usefulness. And the main bathroom did NOT have space to hang four bath-towels. Some hooks in the hallway to hang hats and coats would also have been very welcome. Apart from these shortcomings, we were very pleased with the suite overall.

Great transport links. Central location, can walk everywhere. Very comfortable bed & very good cleaning service. We have stayed here before and know they have apartments suitable for the purpose of our stay.
The first room they gave us wasn't suitable, there was no desk/table, and the windows were non-existent. Consequently, the room was dark & gloomy. We tried to work in the reception area, but it was not private enough for making business phonecalls. After 2 days we had to ask the hotel to offer us a room with a table or desk, and better natural light. We needed a place to work on. The 2nd room was 100% better, but kitchenette had limited facilities.

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the sheets were soft and our overall experience was brilliant.
The only unsatisfactory thing was the extra bed supplied had 2 foldable metal legs with wheels which folded upwards. Whoever made the bed, made it so the head of the bed was at the end with foldable legs sticking up. This bed was for our youngest child and the two metal legs could have been a hazard. We turned the mattress around so the metal legs were at the foot.

Great location in Wellington. The 2 bedroom apartment has a larger bedroom with ensuite toilet, then a small bedroom with separate bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen, living and dining areas are a good size. There's no onsite restaurant but we had room service takeaway Thai from a nearby restaurant and it was excellent. Short walk to cafes for breakfast and very close to many touristy things to do. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The second bedroom is very small and the blinds on the large window to the dining area didn't close properly, which let in a lot of light and meant a lack of privacy.

The 2 bedroom Room was very clean and felt inviting. The bed was amazing felt like I was sleeping on a puffy squishy cloud, my parents were sleeping in the other room and said the same thing. Everything in the Room was working efficiently and the shower/ bath was clean and the water was nice and hot as well as the water pressure being perfect. Staff was nice and friendly as well as helpful when asking for directions to site seeing places. Overall experience was Amazing and would definitely recommend or book to stay again.
Probably the fact that I had to pay for an extra rollaway bed since there was indeed 5 of us staying (3 Adults and 2 Kids) both of my kids could have fit in the bed with me. Also paying for parking for each day that we stayed on top of everything was abit much.

Amazing location right above Lampton Quay. I stayed in room 406 which had no view as such but there was no street noise! Very peaceful place to stay. A short walk to my favorite restaurant Pravada, which is absolutely worth a visit (& worthwhile making a dinner reservation rather than a walk-in).
Being a solo traveller I had to cart my suitcase from the parking building approx 100m up the road to the hotel and back again. Upon check out it was raining so was a bit of a nuisance but that was as bad as it got, for me was a mere inconvenience.

The hotel is in a very good location and is family-friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, I see that we have to pay a carparking fee of $31 per day/night as exorbitant, as most hotels offer complimentary parking. The worst part is that if we don't find a carpark at the hotel we have to go and park at a public parking that's opposite to the hotel.
Carparking is a major issue. I came in with a knee sprain and with my family. Imagine if I had to park across the road, haul my luggage up and down? Most inconvenient thing to do. I wouldn't stay in this hotel if I were driving, ever. I'd rather find a hotel that offers complimentary parking in the facility itself. Bad design for a hotel for not factoring in parking.

Great location in the city, easy walking distance to the waterfront. Room was spacious for our family of 5. All beds very comfortable. Excellent to have a washer and drier for use. Had everything we needed for our two night stay and would have happily stayed longer if we had time. Staff very responsive to my queries prior to our stay.
Loading and unloading the car a little awkward and parking off-site (parking tower was close by so not a major issue and was easy to get car when we needed it).

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and got everything we needed. The location was good, easy to walk to different places and many busses passed nearby.
It did not have any breakfast possibilities. Would be nice to have available at least "a joghurt and sandwich" -type of breakfast possibility. We were there during Christmas so some kind of Christmas thing would have been nice (e.g. chocolate provided, very small gifts for the kids or something like that) to get some Christmas spirit.

The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, with a special shoutout to the delightful Filipino receptionist who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious and well-appointed room, which was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, and overall, our stay was nothing short of excellent. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.
