I was visiting the Expo Centre so the location was excellent, with a connection to the Expo Centre on the first floor. The staff were all superb: friendly, helpful, smiling all the time and always behaving as if they're pleased to see you. The room and communal areas were all clean and very comfortable. I only ate in the relaxed bar / restaurant but it was always superb. The shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable, the Wi-Fi excellent, the bedroom quiet and comfortable. I look forward to staying again and would highly recommend.

Good location next to the Pasila train station, very good public transit access even during night and extra cheap amenities in the mall there but also not noisy. Modern furnishing, spacious room, big counter in the bathroom, sizeable desk.

TV initially turned on with some welcome message, guess it was meant to appear thoughtful but it was just annoying. Rather soft bed, lack of a free shelf for larger backpack (there are some in the room but are taken by provided amenities).

Very close to venue where I had conference. Only one stop away with train from Centre. Lovely walk 45-60 min to Centre through lovely park and near bay. Mall nearby within 5-10 min walking distance with shops restaurants and coffee facilities.

Not situated in the Centre although close by tram ( 20 min) or train ( 5 min). Hotel bear opens at 11:00 am and no possibility to have a coffee before that time….problem for my husband who was working in lobby while I attended conference next door…

The breakfast is very well served, with many options of breads, cheese, candies and even smoked salmon, which I quite appreciated! The room is incredibly large, well illuminated and with vast windows. The bathroom is quite good as well. The staff was also smiling, educated and effective everytime I needed to be in touch with them, but this seems to be something natural to Finnish people. In this context, I enjoyed a lot being in contact with them. They are not only polite and corteous but really look like happy on living there.

Although the hotel is amazing in general, I didn't like much the location. It's 30 minutes far from downtown using public transportation. The positive points in this sense are the fact that there's a tram station just in front of it and a shopping mall with many stores and restaurants of about 10 minutes walking.

The stay was great, I loved my big bed and the temperature in the room was lovely compared to outside. I enjoyed the breakfast very much and the bathroom was very clean. The staff was so wonderful.

The bidee showerhead was tad away from the tap so I reluctantly ran some extra water while using it. The biggest annoyance was that the check-in took 40 minutes and I missed some of my intented program due this. I hope they fix this for the next year.

Nice modern hotel at a great location

We had ordered a room for 3 when we checked in the extra bed was not made. When we were showering and getting ready to go to the city the guy who was gonna make the bed showed up so we asked him to come back in one hour when we are gone. We came back late in the evening and the extra bed was not made so we had to do it ourselves. That was the only bad experience. For the rest all was good.

The location of the hotel was also a major plus point. Situated next to the train station, it was conveniently located near major attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy to explore everything Helsinki has to offer. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the impeccable service to the comfortable accommodations and convenient location, it's clear why this hotel is a top choice for travelers visiting Helsinki. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Location directly at exhibition center and very close to train station. Direct trains to airport. Tram to city in front of hotel.

Wifi stable but not really fast. No toilet brush? Toilet shower not working? Strange invoice format:: Not really obvious which entity issues the invoice and to which entity the invoice is adressed. Probably to really meeting European accounting requirements?

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and invited. The personalized greeting on the TV upon arrival was a warm and welcoming surprise. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The location was convenient for attending a concert at Böle Arena, which was a plus for us, making it a breeze to get there and back.

Free of charge parking for disabled guests which I was surprised about, but most certainly welcome. Car park is accessible with lifts. Compliments to the young lady serving behind the bar, a total character, with pleasant humorous chat and an asset to the hotel. Note to management: You have a manager in the making here if you offer training and career progression. I would also add, although travelling by car, the number 2 tram stops outside, and Pasila/ Bole station and the Mall of Tripla is less than 10 minutes walk away.
