From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, specially Mr Dhanushka were super helpful and making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the view from the balcony and the peaceful ambiance. We loved the hotel overall, the location was good and offered a great view of the city from our room balcony. The room facilities were also in top condition, and was very spacious for 2 of us. We requested a packed breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning, and the hotel staff were really attentive and delivered a proper breakfast with many items (boiled egg, croissant, 2 club sandwiches, chocolate muffin, cake and fruit with water bottle). This was very impressive and made our experience the best.

The property is beautiful, and in an excellent location. The view from the restaurant is awesome. Almost the whole city of Kandy can be seen. really awesome. I would suggest having a coffee machine in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was okay, but the cutlery can be much cleaner.

The location was central, with a great view of the lake & a restaurant a few feet away . The room was very spacious , beds comfortable. We requested a sri lankan breakfast and served a delicious meal of piping hot ( freshly made ) string hoppers with a mouthwatering fish curry , dhal & cochchi coconut sambal.

A bit of construction going on and the lifts were out of commission.

Very large rooms with good views over the lake and the city. AC unit was very quiet but powerful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but not great.

It was considerable level of moisture in the bathroom. We found small ants near the fridge, but nothing serious.

We loved the view of the lake & overlooking Kandy. The bed very comfortable & great shower. Big selection of local & western breakfast. Would stay again.

The lock box wasn’t operational. If you’re thinking of walking from the station it’s a VERY steep walk up hill.

Starting from online booking, front office staff was very supportive friendly and professional. Excellent housekeeping and the room was very spacious. You can enjoy the view of Kandy city from high ground. Expected à la carte but changed to mini buffet and food was excellent. F&B and kitchen staff also very friendly. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The hotel has a superb location overlooking the lake and city, which is comfortably within walking distance. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The roof top pool was fantastic.

Seems no communication among the staff. Ordered one breakfast and arrived two of those asking is that ok to bill. 😁 Weldone. And the funny part is reception does not know my room rate. Bill has prepared with higher price which is walking guest rate.
