Location of our apartment was on the 3rd floor right in the centre of Broadbeach. Some aspects of the apartment were a little tired like the black armchair in the loungeroom that had its leather padding coming away in clumps and the bathroom had the old style pull across glass door and the toilet seat needed some maintenance. There were two very comfortable lounge seats and a good size television in both the lounge and bedroom. We loved our stay and the location was brilliant. There was a large balcony overlooking Urban coffee shop where we enjoyed our daily morning coffee. The bed in our one bedroom apartment was very comfortable and we had plenty of room to hang our clothes. It also had a sliding door onto the balcony. We liked the fact there was a washing machine and dryer in a cupboard in the kitchen area. Security was excellent and we felt very safe entering the building and the lifts. We didn't cook during our stay as on check in we had to sign a waiver that if we set off the fire alarm in the kitchen we would have to pay $1400 so that made us a little nervous even cooking toast. The pool was always clean and had plenty of seating area. We didn't use the inside pool or large gym but good to know that these were available. We were minutes away from the light rail that is so cheap to use and a short distance to the beach. The staff at reception were so very friendly and offered us a discount for our next booking.

I would get rid of the old black leather chair in the loungeroom it looked tacky. Cleaners should have reported the wobbly toilet seat but otherwise everything was clean and tidy.

Very comfortable room, fantastic location - walking distance to the nearest Woolies and the convention centre where I had my conference..right on the doorstep of all fantastic restaurants and bars. Close to Pacific fair shopping centre - around 20 mins. Can't complain - value for money!

I wish they would replenish the shampoo and toilet paper - I stayed for a week and they gave only two rolls of the thinnest toilet paper and a small bottle of shampoo! To go to Woolies and buy one extra roll of toilet paper was a little much. Come on guys, I'm paying a $1000 for my stay - replace my toilet paper atleast?!

So close to the restaurants and beach. We had a couple of takeaways on our balcony and enjoyed the talented artists’ music from the buskers/restaurants. Slip downstairs for an early morning coffee or a late night sneaky ice-cream. Loved the dual rooms especially with adult children. A good number of pool lounges and space around the pool. Heated indoor pool/spa has a roof that can partially open to let fresh air in. Spa is quite large. Impressed by what is available in the gym. All machines are well maintained and dumbbells range from 1kg-20kg. Did not use the Sauna. We were constantly impressed how clean everything is kept in the resort and all staff are so friendly. Love the day pass upon checkout to continue using facilities and carpark in our last day.

It was really close to where I needed to go. There are a lot of choices for restaurants around. All the staff were very friendly that I spoke with. They have an indoor and outdoor pool that you have access to, while also being in short walking distance to the beach. Also if you have a later flight back on your check out date, you can leave your luggage and they give you a day pass to be able to still use the facilities.

It can be noisy until 12-1am on the weekend due to people out on Surf Parade drinking and partying. The mattress on the queen bed on the hard side.

We had a 2 bedroom unit, the kitchen and lounge/dining was full-sized and bigger than most units. The furniture and tv were great quality. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The location being close to so many restaurants and cafes, the convention centre and just 2 minute walk from the beach was outstanding.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from outside. Every morning (except Sunday) a garbage truck picked up rubbish outside the master bedroom (in laneway) at 5:40am and I was unable to get back to sleep. The noise from restaurants downstairs was also quite loud, however the when the doors were shut you couldn't hear it.

The staff were helpful from as soon as we checked in. They gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and entertainment I could not fault the service. The location is perfect for those who don't want to drive to places. There's places to eat and drink on the strip right outside the hotel. Oasis shopping center is just across the rd and around the corner is the light rail which will take you to pacific fair shopping center. It's a great location if you are heading to the convention center it's about a five minute walk. Also check out the Soho bar which is also around the corner. Apartments were clean and tidy, bed was comfy all round had an amazing stay and plan on going back

We weren't told when construction would be starting and it started early Saturday morning. Honestly it's nit picking

Kitchen facilities, place to wash clothes and hang swimmers and towels, great balcony, lovely indoor and outdoor pools, on site parking for free, upstairs from the restaurant precinct, 2 blocks from woolworths, spacious. Fantastic shower !!!!! Lovely friendly staff where we collected the key. Very comfy firm bed. ( we took our own pillows just in case )

No air con in the bedroom. (We did put the portable fan outside the bedroom to push the chilly air in at night which worked well.)

Good position near casino and restaurants. Parking was easy. Unit was very clean. A/C in lounge and Bedroom.

Small things, but the shower rose leaked considerably, the remote for the fan in the bedroom had no back so the batteries constantly fell out, one of the recliners in the lounge wouldn’t recline. There’s an interesting note to guests that says to run the A/C at no less than 20 degrees to reduce risk of freezing up the compressor. A/C units wouldn’t let you go below 20 deg if that was such a risk, I think they’re trying to lower their power bill.

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with lots of storage space, and good water pressure in the shower. Very close to restaurants and the beach. The staff was 110% friendly and helpful in any situation!

The lock on our door was malfunctioning quite a bit. We tried getting into our room for 5+ minutes occasionally due to the card-key lock not working. And I'd rather prefer blackout blinds than the curtains for the windows, but that's just a personal preference.

Location was excellent for a visit to the Gold Coast. Accomodation was spacious and comfortable.

The office was difficult to find and not clearly marked. Staff was unable to give me a receipt over the full amount what I paid for the accomodation but reduced it by the booking fee. For a business trip especially it needs to be self-evident that you are able to receive a receipt over the full payment. There were quite a few of cockroaches in the appartment.
