I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the underground station, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. There were also several nice local spots nearby, including an ice cream and a bakery shop next door. Schönbrunn Palace was also very close, which made sightseeing easy. Overall, a very convenient place to stay, especially for exploring Vienna. I would recommend it to others looking for a well-connected and comfortable place.

However, during our stay, there were construction works happening in front of the hotel. This caused some noise and minor inconvenience, especially during the daytime. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance.

Very good location, close to the metro station. The rooms were very clean and confortable and were cleaned every day. We travelled there by car and the parking lot in the interior hotel courtyard was much appeciated. If we travel to Viena again, we will surely try to book an apartment here again.

In the rooms with a street view you can hear the street noise quite well during the day, especially with the window opened, maybe this is why the hotes provides ear plugs in the bathroom for all visitors. During the night everything was fine, there was very few traffic on the road and the tram stopped passing too. Also, the lack of air conditioning can be felt pretty well during the summer, the fans in the room didn't cope too well with the summer heat.

Very spacious apartment, comfortable and clean. I was in the 'Monkey Standard' as one person, would have fit a couple comfortably. The wafers on the pillows were a nice touch. The location is great - close to a supermarket and a pharmacy, right next to a cafe, walking distance from the U3 line. The windows blocked most of the noise at night.

The only qualm is that it was a bit dark and the showerhead had to be turned on for it to work.

Great location: just a few minutes' walk from the West Station and Mariahilfer strasse, / or just one stop with the tram. There are two traditional Viennese restaurants opposite the accommodation, and several small international restaurants, ice-cream parlours and bakeries in the street. The tram stops practically in front of the house, providing easy access to Schönbrunn. Our room was spacious, space was not spared, there was room for everything. The mattress was very comfortable.

The room was huge and sofa bed was much larger than normal ones. Kitchette was pretty good for simple meals and breakfast at home. Location very close to the station and tram was right outside. Easy walks to many supermarkets and restaurants. Staff were so lovely and very helpful, really made the stay very comfortable.

It’s very good value so you don’t expect 5 star but you get more than you pay for!

The hotel staff were super kind and helpful, the room was huge (so comfortable) and had everything I needed (clothing storage, big mirrors, coffee machine, a fridge, a safe). The bed was also really comfortable. It was cleaned every day - I appreciated it! The hotel is not super close to the center but it's very close to a subway station - the subway is very fast and easy to get around in!

The first day, the shower wasn't working (though this was fixed very quickly when I asked), the sink drain didn't work very well until the end of the stay. I'd say it's a minor inconvenience. There was one thing that really bothered me though - the fridge made such a loud buzzing sound at night, I got up to switch it off a couple of times. Maybe this can be fixed somehow? Otherwise it was a fantastic room and I had a lovely time in Vienna - I already want to go back 😭 I would stay here again! :)

The superb staff, from Gianluigi who promptly replied to our request for early-checkin and late check out, the very helpful Carolina who checked us in with a great smile and promptly resolved our safe problem, and Caesar who kindly ordered a taxi for us and reconfirmed our late checkout request. It is not the first time we have stayed in Stanys and will not be the last time. The apt. Is spacious and the location is ideal near the West Bahnhof and on Vienna’s longest shopping street. A big thank you for adding a bedside reading light.

The cleaning staff tended to avoid replenishing such items as toilet paper and we had to request it and do not check whether the shower gel needs replenishment but having noted this, were very polite and flexible as to when they can clean the Apt. The furniture although comfortable is old and the apt could do with some renovation and a paint job. A self-service laundry room would be a great plus, English TV channels other than BBC/CNN and the addition of a toaster in the kitchen. But we still had another very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is at about 10 min. away from the nearest subway station. You have two supermarkets near by. A great plus is the fact that you have parking facilities on site so if you arrive in Vienna by car, you can easily forget about it and use the public transportation. Of course, parking at the hotel is not free, but it is more convenient than searching for parking inside the city (which I do not recommend).

Nothing to comment about. The place is really nice. It's good value for money.

Really great location to get everywhere, good appartment, we had so much space and everything we needed!!! Two things which we would have appreciated: 1. Light in the kitchen (maybe like a small lamp on the shelf above the sink?) 2. Quiter street. Honestly, you can't have a window open in the night because of the trams (which is more or less fine) and drunk people (horrible). So probably not the stay for summer. However, it was working for us and we enjoyed :)

Very nice hotel in the proximity of Westbahnhof train station. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a separate sitting area and modern kitchenette with everything we needed. We also had an amazing balcony with outdoor furniture. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the guy at the reception who kindly offered us an early check-in and gave a lot of information! The location was perfect for our needs, close to the metro station and with a tram stop right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Stanys and would highly recommend it! Would not hesitate to stay here again.
