Very roomy new apartment. Good water and city views. Easy walk to rail and city centre . Easy walk to grocery store and restaurants. Once we worked out how to get to the apartment it was easy to get around .

Checking in was difficult. Had to go to different part of town to pickup keys .Map with directions given to us was hard to follow Especially at night .(Even locals couldn't work out. )Building was so new wasn't showing on google maps.

Really lovely apartment. Could have easily lived there! Roomy, great view and good location. Easy walk to the centre/buses etc - about 15 minutes. Very quiet.

Far too many (often repetitive) emails - it makes finding the info you actually need very difficult. Please provide oven gloves with the oven, relying on a t-towel is dangerous! Expecting guests to put rubbish out is a bit too much, that service is part of what we pay for surely, especially when it was so complicated and eventually impossible as it was a Sunday. This should be part of the cleaning that happens once guests leave.

Getting keys from reception that is located on otherwise of railway tracks from where the apartment was. I think this information should be sent earlier as we missed it in the messages because it was such a long message

Great location in new area near Opera. Sundeck on the roof was a great surprise as it is not described in the description! Apartment is new and well equipped with everything traveler needs.

You have to pick up keys in different location. Some stuff in the apartment was not working so the maintenance shall be better but still it were details.

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, with a nice kitchen. It's located in a brand new residential area, a few steps from the Opera. In the neighborhood there are very nice restaurants and supermarkets. After check-out or before check-in you can leave your luggage in the office and enjoy the city.

We wanted a location close to the metro and according to booking information it suppose to be 750 m... it was more, around 1,5 km (20 min by foot). 750m - it's from their office... From the office with the reception desk where you pick up your keys to the apartment you have also around 1km = 15 min. The kitchen in the apartment wasn't perfectly cleaned, after reporting it, the office offered to send someone to clean it up

There were a grocery store and an Indian restaurant in the building, which was great. The apartment was pretty well-equipped. It was right on the water and close to the Munch and closish to the train station. I would stay there again.

It was a bit of convoluted walk to get to the apartment from the offices, though there is a bus stop nearby once you are there. Beware that construction starts promptly at 7am on weekdays if you are in an apartment that overlooks a construction zone, which I was. I really really recommend that the company buy better pillows and provide a couple of spares. Also, a cutting board would not go amiss.

- Great location nearby Oslo S. Plenty of restaurants and stores around - Cheaper than a hotel - large apartment with all amenities (iron table, washing machine, dish washer ...) - very clean

- Notice that you need to get the keys of the apartment at a certain address (5 minutes walk from Oslo S), then go to the apartment itself that can be quite far away (20 minutes walk for us). It is OK as long as you do not have to carry a heavy luggage. A good tips: save the map in advance to find the apartment. - the apartment was missing a few details such as shampoo/shower gel/conditioner. Bring these items with you. You find only 2 small soaps in the bathroom. But the apartment provides soaps for the dishes, dishwasher and washing machine. - We need to take out the garbage at the end of the stay but the garbage bins were quite difficult to find. Find them before the last day especially if you are in a hurry to catch a plane!

For the price we managed to book the property for it was amazing. The location of our apartment was touching distance from the Munch, Opera House and the public tram line with loads of places to eat and coffee shops close by. The apartment was clean and relatively high tech with facilities you’d except from apartments but the quality of the appliances was very good. Me and my girlfriend were very happy about the experience.

The only draw back was the bed unfortunately. We were only provided two total pillows and even though we stayed in a double bed we were provided with two single duvets which was a bit annoying. Furthermore the pillows were extremely hollow so there wasn’t much comfort in that department.

Excellent modern apartment in a very nice area. Quite spacious, functional, with plenty of light (6th floor). Quite close to a tram stop. However, it was also close enough to walk to the center. Close to two super markets, a pharmacy and a wine selling store. Note: A few hours before arriving at Oslo we received a message on the mobile offering to upgrade our apartment for a relatively small extra payment. Although the difference was not clear (we did not have an exact picture of the initially booked apartment or of the upgrade) we decided to pay. We were completely satisfied with the outcome.

Coming by train to the train station, we needed to get to the reception office walking a considerable distance with our luggage to get the keys. The personnel at the reception was very friendly. Afetr getting the keys, we had to walk again a considerable distance to get to the apartment. We are in good physical condition and we did not have a problem, as the weather happened to be good. If it was raining, it might be a different story.
