The overall stay was cozy and safe, with the apartment conveniently located near tram and bus stations, making it easy to commute within the city. The apartment was equipped with essentials like a heater, oven, dishwasher, and kitchen stove, which is great. However, the oven was very dirty, with visible dust and some unidentifiable residue, which was disappointing.

The most frustrating part of the experience was the host’s slow response time. Prompt communication is essential for good service, and this needs improvement.

Not for super tall people, short beds:) also, not really central location but public transport works well so that‘s not a big issue. The only thing was with our late arrival no restaurants or bars were open around…

It was just as expected, room was the same as described. Easy access, easy parking and good communication. We booked this hotel simply out of the convenience and location from arriving with a car. Underground parking with key code gate.

If not car-bound it's a bit of a distance to the city center. However there is both bus and tram stations just outside.

Everything an apartment should have was there but i hope it stays that way, since it's my first time and would be visiting again maybe in Summer.

Didn't like that there was no one at the sauna for some guide, it's needed please or a cleared instructions, not everyone has a private sauna at home. And the bed wasn't ok, please get a better spring bed especially for two.

Excellent place to stay, very close to the public transportation and very easy to find, with a 24h supermarket within the same building! Everything you need, especially if traveling with children. The play room for children at the building was superb!

Good location for the purpose of trip to Helsinki. Very clean. Kitchenette very well equipped. Lots of other facilities on site too. 24hr supermarket downstairs very convenient.

Room very warm with no obvious way to cool it

Nice big room with all needed facilities. Was very clean when I arrivied.

Only one thing I did not like, when i was on the bed, i was feeling cool air flow, I think from window or wall behind the bed.

The apartment itself was great and had all we needed! We enjoyed the kitchen facilities a lot

The sauna sadly did not work and the lobby area was a bit dirty - could do with some cleaning

There was an up to 2h free parking on the side of the road in front of the hotel, and it was free all night, it saved us. The parkings are not cheap in Helsinki. 24h grocery shop downstairs. Typical Finnish apartment, soundproof and well ventilated. The third bed is in a little tiny space separated by a sliding door. Blackout curtains.

The beds and the sofa are exceptionally soft, not good for weak backs. I had to sleep on the floor. Luckily the thin mattress cover for the bed was enough for the floor.
