Ask for late check out due to work meeting,added in notes when booking mentioned it again when representative called to confirm reservations day before and again at check in. Not one person informed me that they don’t do late check out until the day of check out and was granted an extra 1/2 to be out. Left with figuring out what to do for three hrs with no where to go until husband was done with work…. She was very nasty and did not care affront desk, says she was the manager.

Poor service

It's a clean hotel with helpful staff. It's rooms are modern, probably remodeled recently? All-in-all a pleasant experience. It seemed a bit overpriced, but everything is overpriced right now! Whew, staying all night anywhere, will cost you more than it should BUT, people need to be paid and utilities paid, plus making a profit!

Due to circumstances out of our control (flight delay, car rental issue), we didn't get to check into our room until close to 5am. The check in rep was still very courtesy. He was very understanding. We were able to get in a nap before checking out around 9:30am. Room and bathroom clean. They had simple area of coffee/oatmeal/muffins. Location was close to the airport.

well I'm dire the price point was fair but I'd like to seen it myself just a bit lower but that's all

Staff was very Accomodating, especially Front Desk people and in particular Kenny Coleman , your Maintenance/ Service Guy.... Great conversation... have Kenny help with Marketing....his sincerity is priceless.

Breakfast is semi- worthless

The people who worked there were friendly and helpful. Place was clean.

Older building which is fine but water leaking from tub . Wouldn’t totally shut off. Would have lots coffee pot in room. Clock didn’t work.

Comfortable king size bed. The room was very clean. The staff is nice We had a early flight & wouldn't be there for the coffee bar in the morning. The front desk provided us with a coffee pot, coffee, sugar, creamer & Real coffee cups.

The pillows on the were very small & flat. It was like you were sleeping right on the mattress. Please invest in some better pillows. No hair dryer. Noisy, we were on the 2nd floor. Someone on the 3rd floor was pacing back & forth most of the night.

It was convenient to where our business was

The Coke machine was empty and too expensive. We went to one of the local QT and got our drinks for almost half the price. You consider this convenient I call it a rip of second the elevator was out of service and there was no warning on the website it being down. I know you don't want to tell anybody that because they might decide not to stay there it still wrong. There was no ztopper in the shower so my wife had to take a shower instead of a bath and she was looking for a good soak since we spent all walking around shopping.

Close to airport, quiet location, great value for money. Pretty basic, small kitchenette (not equiped with any plates knives forks plates cups etc.). Had cheap coin laundrette which was a bonus. Reasonable sized room.

For price, better than expected

Easy access from the freeway. Room was as advertised. Got what I needed and wanted. Wifi was fair. Could pay for better service if you need it.

Limited food options nearby. Morning coffee was in the lobby.
