I was very happy with my stay. The staff were very welcoming and even asked if I needed help with my luggage. The room was lovely and spacious with excellent facilities and very peaceful. It was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. It was a lovely and stylish bathroom. It was good to have a coffee machine and some sweet treats daily. It is an excellent and central location and it was very handy to be so near shops cafes and restaurants and on a great transport route. I have stayed here a number of times and it is always my first choice for hotels in the area.

There really was nothing I disliked.

The hotel was incredibly comfortable and clean! From the minute that we checked in to check out, every staff member that we had an encounter with was extremely lovely and helpful. It's an extremely good value for money property as you are getting a high spec room for a great price. The little touches like the coffee machine and the water being replenished in the fridge each day made the hotel stay just that little better! The location was in a lovely part of the city and not too far from the centre of Dublin.

It was my wife's birthday 🎂 and I asked about flowers as they will provide if wanted and I bought a card myself and gave it to them prior to my stay to place in our room with a bouquet of flowers that they chose andvprovided,,, the flowers were amazing my card was there and they also left a personalised complimentary box of chocolates and a little card from themselves,, a beautiful gesture to my wife. The hotel staff were brilliant, polite and went beyond their duties to make us welcome and comfortable. They upgraded our room free and the room was truly outstanding. The breakfast was second to none. I will 100% be back and would 100% recommend this hotel.

Nice, modern hotel. Huge, comfortable beds. Lovely vibe and decor throughout the hotel. Nice location, a short walk from Baggot Street, with lots of bars and restaurants. Great breakfast in the morning.

Bedrooms are small, although they are perfectly functional and do contain everything you need. Because of the size of the room, I felt like the bed was a little too close to the door and so I could hear a lot of what was going on in the hall. Parking is free but the car park is small, we arrived at 3pm and were able to get a space easily but as we were leaving cars had had to double park and even park on the street.

Comfortable beds, free bottles of water, friendly cleaners, right on the canal about 15minute walk from St Stephen’s Green

Thin walls—could hear some people going by. If it’s raining heavily you’d end up taking taxi/bus to go to the main areas of the city as the walk would be too much then—although it is flat and a straight line.

Room was excellent, comfortable and cool once the AC was regulated by Reception. Location excellent for us to go into town to shop and attend concert in Three Arena We did not pay for breakfast so therefore are unable to comment, however, as my husband is a Coeliac it can be difficult for him to get something to eat when staying in hotels. We did notice that there appeared to be a portion of the menu which was suitable for Coeliacs and hope to try it out the next time.

In the summer perhaps a choice of lighter douvet or a light blanket would be great there was none in our room. Shower power was not great although we appreciate you are being environmentally friendly.

Location was perfect Cleanliness & Staff fantastic Fitness centre very good We arrived after very long flight from Australia 🇦🇺 Lillee came up to me, and offered to help with my bags to our room…..she mentioned the parking & offered to look for one & let us know when one became available!! I think she had noticed us earlier and went above & beyond to help……..within 15min my husband was able to secure a carpark! We were so impressed Thank You so much Lillee

At 3pm there’s was no car parks available, they are very limited! We found one in side street & paid 12euro then saw someone leaving carpark. That was annoying

Great spacious room, very comfy bed and pillows, clean bathroom with powerful rainfall shower with Ritual products which was a lovely touch. The additions of the fridge, robes&slippers and water gave it that extra special touch. Good bars and restaurants nearby and not too far out that we were able to walk back from Bord Gais. .

Car park said full but on checking for spaces there were five free. I understand car parking isn't guaranteed however using a board to share about spaces/being full is probably not the most effective. The free carpark is a great addition but we very nearly paid for on street parking when there were plenty of spaces.

Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond with a few requests that we had during the stay. Room was spacious, warm and very comfortable sleeping. The breakfast buffet was excellent too and we had no issues with parking onsite. It is a delightful hotel!

The room (we were upgraded) was in an area of the hotel that was a little disconnected from the lobby and required a good memory. It was also backing a quieter alley that had a lot of delivery trucks and was surprisingly noisy in the mornings but never really disrupted us.

Good location for the city. Very quiet. Food on lounge was excellent
