I booked a room that’s good for family but realised that I only have a kitchenette. I connected with the staff and they upgraded me to one with full kitchen. The motel is top botched!! Staff is always so helpful with the best housekeeping service that I had in my entire 12 days NZD trip. The furniture and fixture is all so new and well setup. Whole motel Unit is so spacious and clean! The location is very convenient to restaurants and supermarket. An underrated motel, everything is perfect. It’s a motel with hotel service. Will totally recommend this motel.

Nothing! Everything is perfect

The room was clean and warm. A very comfortable bed and great lighting for tv watching and reading. The desk and chairs were comfortable so we could make plans and record the diary for the family to read adventures when home. Access to the shared guest laundry was easy for checking at reception to use. Daily staff for fresh linen were really friendly and happy. Location - perfect.

It all worked out perfect for us as an older couple, if anything to suggest, maybe a little cook top to boil an egg for breakfast, but not essential at all. Overall facilities are great, we plan to go back and stay.

The rooms are great, quiet and warm! Service is always good and the location is perfect. We stay at this place each year when we come for work and 100% recommend to anyone! Rooms were serviced daily, the bathroom products smell really nice and the room is a good size for what we need.

This was in a really great location (within walking distance of coffee, Hagley Park, Riverside Market, etc.), the room was very clean, and the accommodation has free parking and free wifi. Staff was very friendly.

I did not see an elevator and my room was located on the second floor. While I normally don't mind that - carrying a heavy suitcase up/down was not ideal. The room was a bit noisy. The property is located on a busy intersection - I could could hear the traffic and anytime someone entered the hallway through the exterior door near my room.

It is a great value for money. Plenty of parking, clean room, comfy bed, spacious shower, nice little kitchenette to make a hot drink or heat up some food. The location is very close to some great restaurants and cafes, and is fairly central. You could walk to the Hagley Park from here. Overall, we had a nice stay and would stay again.

It felt like Lincoln road may not be the safest street after dark, although we had no trouble walking from our restaurant, but we encountered some homeless people asking for change and some "high" looking people. In the room, there was a bit of noise from loud cars and a few trains passing by in the evening, but night time was mostly quiet. Noisey hallway echos sound very well, so when people enter or leave the common hallway or their rooms, it can be heard pretty well in the room. We did not find it disturbing, as it was not busy when we stayed.

Short walking distance to many eating places on Lincoln Road. Modern, bright refreshing decor, adequate kitchenette, comfortable firm spring king bed (not saggy), wonderfully quiet heat pump. Provides 2 luggage racks in the room so you dont have to bend down to take stuff from the bags on the floor. Big writing table that doubles as a dining table. Comfy single seater. Ample car parking. Friendly staff.

The heavy access doors to the accommodation blocks. Some blocks require climbing up a flight of steps to the rooms. Lack of a door latch to the room door and the access doors to keep the door open when moving luggage in and out of rooms.

Location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, not to mention the highway. The rooms are really nice well set out. There was a kitchen and lounge area that was great. Overall, the space of the room was big enough for my family. I booked this hotel the second time when I was coming back into town as it was so comfortable and warm. Also the staff were great. Check-in was a breeze. In the morning, as everyone was leaving, you could see the cleaners starting to do their thing, their very militant, which is why the place was so clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beds great and heating controllable. Very quiet despite it being near a very busy road. we really appreciated being able to access the room early at 2.00 allowed us to rest and prepare for the 6.30 Court Theatre show.

Given we had person with a walking frame I was conscious of the fire escape access. There was no information on the flip chart. You could provide more information.

Rooms are cosy, clean and in perfect location for the stadium which is where our event is held. Each year we stay here and every year the place is great, service is really good, and rooms are perfect for what we need. We will continue to stay here each year for work. 100% recommend staying here.
