It’s very hard to know where to begin. We started by approaching the B & B with the most amazing view directly in front of it, we were speechless! They have a lovely garden and swing seat to sit and enjoy the views whenever you like, we chose each morning after breakfast, was pure bliss. The most perfect hosts, full of chat, couldn’t do enough for us, and made us feel like we were the only guests in the world (every other guests got the same exceptional treatment). Room was immaculate, as was everywhere in the B&B, a real credit as it’s not an easy job the upkeep! Breakfast had amazing options, cooked perfectly, very fast and efficient. We got a scone upon arrival to breakfast as well as Coffee which was topped up whenever it got low which was great! They gave us lots of ideas of how to explore Killarney and Kerry. I only wished we lived closer, 2 amazing people Amelia and Michael are, as well as the perfect hosts. The only way to experience an authentic Irish B&B with the best view in Killarney is here. Thankyou very much from Cathal & Destiny in Tyrone.

The only thing we disliked is that we had to leave!

An Unforgettable Stay – Truly a Home Away from Home We had an absolutely wonderful time at this charming B&B! The bed was incredibly comfortable – sleeping felt like floating on cloud nine. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean and well-equipped with high-quality toiletries. Breakfast was a true highlight – everything was fresh and incredibly delicious, with some items even homemade, including the eggs. You can really taste the love and care that goes into every detail. The hosts are warm-hearted and clearly do this with great passion – their hospitality made us feel more like friends than guests. And let’s not forget the adorable little house dog who added a special touch to our stay. We truly hope to come back again one day. Highly recommended!

We couldn't have picked a better location. The view of the lakes and mountains were amazing. Mike and Amelia were incredible hosts. We learned so much from them from recommendations and history and just great to chat with. The location was so quiet and beautiful. We stayed in the apartment on the lower level and had a lot of privacy. We were able to use the coin operated washer and dryer (bring Euro coins). Breakfast was excellent and we met some really nice folks in the dining room.

Michael and Amelia are wonderful hosts. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the bed was in perfect condition. Breakfast startet with self-baked scones and self-made jam. Afterwards we had the choice out of 6 different breakfasts like a delicious full Irish breakfast, French toast, porridge and scrambled eggs. We felt like home. It was by miles the best B&B on our Ireland trip. We'll definitely come back.

I especially like the nice host who made the stay feel like at home. He was super friendly and cooked us a delicious full Irish and scones every morning. Truly nice people. The place, the hosts, the location and everything about the place is a true gem. Ask the host for directions. Also, super views from the house, super super comfortable beds and even the damn toilet paper was the best I ever felt haha P.S. MAKE sure to donate to the special needs children and have a drink in the upper floor cosy corner.

I can’t imagine disliking anything here

Amelia and Michael were so welcoming and lovely. Their B&B was beautiful and the views breathtaking. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I stayed in the apartment which was awesome. King sized bed and lovely furnishings and kitchen, dining table and lounge/tv area. Everything about it was wonderful and breakfast was delicious and fresh. It was also great as the Gap of Dunloe and Killareny Lakes tour picked me up from this accommodation on the way so I didn't have to drive anyway to join the tour.

Amazing place with marvelous view! We got the suite with a full kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in closet, and a really nice bathroom with a shower. Michael is so nice and welcoming and we had the chance to chat a little bit with Amelia, it was lovely! Breakfast is so great and abundant. You can ask Michael suggestions for the Kerry ring tour and for dinner. You can reach Killarney in about 5 minutes by car. Recommended!

The breakfast was plenty and delicious, the room and bathroom were very clean and the location is perfect. Yes, we would definitely want to come back on our next trip.
