The location was very nice. It was also quiet and had a nice garden in the back. The owner was very accommodating and even gave us a free breakfast for my daughter, who we were visiting in Florence, whenever she was with us.

WiFi was only available in the lobby area, but it was available, so it definitely is not a deal-breaker. WiFi is not reliable in Florence anyhow.

A lovely apartment with a well-equipped shared kitchen and a communal garden. The host, Simone, was extremely friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly with access codes etc even though he wasn't able to be at the property when we arrived. Our room was a good size, although the ensuite shower room was small, and the bed large and very comfortable. Breakfast was just a coffee and a choice of pastry at the cafe on the corner but could be easily supplemented as there was a small fridge in the room and another in the kitchen. Cosy House is an easy 20 minute walk from the main train station and about the same for the main sights in the centre. There are also lots of restaurants within easy walking distance (we would recommend nearby Indian Palace if you fancy a curry). The corner cafe is also very welcoming for a pre-dinner drink.

We stayed 2 nights, everything was great. We had self check-in because we arrived at a time when nobody was there, it went smoothly. The place was close to the city centre, the fridge was working perfectly, the room was clean, the bed was comfy. It was also cold inside, perfect after the hot summer day in the city. There is also a common kitchen near the entrance. Our room was huge. It did its job, although don't expect the newest interior design, everything is just as on the photos, a rustic Italian place to rest.

The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, also the wardrobes smelled a bit old.

All very clean with a shared kitchen that had everything. Simone was great. Not on site always but had a what's app if we needed him. Seats outside on a terrace and a little garden if needed.

No problem but just to be aware breakfast is a croissant and cup of coffee with a voucher from Cafe just up the road

Really good location, only a 20 minute walk to most attractions in the city and a 10 min walk to the train station. Other than that it was very clean and lots of space compared to many other rooms I've stayed in while in Europe. Would definitely book again.

We were in the first room closest to the street (Room #1) and with the windows open pedestrian level to the sidewalk. The noise could be a bit much for some. Sounded like cars were driving though the room. But once the window was closed it wasn't an issue. Cant really speak for the other rooms and if they would have this issue.

Nice owner/manager. Clean. Coffee and tea provided, along with use of a central kitchen. Extra twin sized bed to use as sofa or to sleep separate from Queen sized bed.

Throughout Italy I have often found a lack of clocks, and soap dishes in the shower.

Good location close to Academia, city centre, restaurants and public transport. Once inside the property it was quiet and secluded, with a garden. Manager was very helpful and was of great assistance in getting a taxi when we left. Info for entry on arrival was good.

Bathroom was small and limited. Safe was not attached to anything so a thief could take it away to crack it. Although breakfast was included, it was provided by a coffee bar a short walk away and was not very nice - small coffee and relatively stale and small croissant.

Incredibly nice, comfortable, spacious and warm space. It's very clean and indeed cosy. It has beautiful little garden/terrace and is located in the very centre just next to Capella di Medici and the Mercato, only few minutes walk to Duomo and other main attractions. The staff is really nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend it and will come back again:)

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect!

Simone was immensely helpful and kind. When we could not use our phone, he lent us his and gave us the use of his computer.

There were a few glitches.

Location was awesome. 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Courtyard was lovely and there were a number of kitchen facilities available in the common area.

Fridge in the room was loud, we had to turn it right down over night but then it wasn't cold enough to store food. Didn't really bother us that much.
