This is the best resort we've ever stayed. Breathtaking view of the lake and mountains, panoramic view from lounge, meals area and both bedrooms.. Comfy beds. Organised kitchen, quality appliances, private parking spot. And you will.see.the milkyway straight from your balcony. 5 minutes drive bothway to CBD area and Frankton food court. We highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back here again. Finally, we must say, the photos on the hosting website do not just the majestic view; it is way more than what you see. Breathtaking. Lastly, you have access directly to the lake from your apartment.

A portable fan might be a good idea for hot summer days.though few.

The view, the size of the apartments, the balcony, the rubbish and recycling areas, the parking, the price, the ease of booking and flexibility, ease of getting in touch with the staff.

The fact that it stated there was a pull out couch in both apartments and that it slept 7-8 people in each apartment. There was no couch beds so two of our guests slept very uncomfortably. Not fair when we split the cost and they don’t even get a bed. I also got charged credit card fees even though I used a debit card. It didn’t stated debit card costs otherwise I would’ve bank transferred.

A lovely location no doubt. Couldn’t ask for more. All of us loved it. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Vinod was kind & helpful. The living room is on the top & all bed rooms and bathrooms are on the lower floor. Warm house for the cold weather. Parking was convenient.

The slopes are steep and since we landed after office hours there was no one to guide us on the easier way to the room. We carried all our heavy luggage up 2 floors to get to the apartment , instead of using the easier route to climb down just 5-6 odd stairs. Wish we had known. The kitchen has umpteen empty drawers. Could use a little more pots and pans may be. We had low water pressure during our stay, but they did get a plumber to check that out. Of course, It never hindered our daily routine too much. The location makes up for all that.

The view is absolutely outstanding from the balcony! The apartment is incredibly spacious with everything provided for a very comfortable stay. We much appreciated the early check in too. All beds were very comfortable too! The washer and drier, in particular, were a massive bonus. The walk into town takes about 30 minutes but is alongside the lake and very beautiful too!

Nothing! The road to the apartments is very steep but wasn’t a problem for us!

We stayed in 7A, very happy with our apartment, clean and tidy, nice lounge area with stunning view of lake and ranges, did not mind room not being serviced every day, we were made aware of this on arrival and could ask for more supplies if needed, this allowed us to come and go when we pleased and not having to vacate room to accommodate cleaners. Manager very friendly and helpful, arranged taxi for us to airport for a 5am start.

Some may find the couch in the lounge a bit low, we have read this in previous reviews, but we found it very comfortable to use. Just a helpful tip for future guests, the driveway is very steep, caution needs to be taken when negotiating the driveway to enter and exit where reception and rooms are on the property.

The views are ridiculously beautiful. Better than the pictures online. Just a wonderful spot with un obstructed lake views.

The parking was down 2-3 flights of stairs, which we had to lug our luggage up the stairs and up a hill to our room. (Not ideal for someone who had broken their ankle 6 weeks ago), or for older people as no lifts available. Once we finally got into the room, we then had to take our luggage down another flight of stairs inside the apartment rooms. The shower drain was clogged and was draining very slowly, and would almost overflow the shower bottom. The dishwasher also had a drainage problem and was filled with smelly stagnant water.

We had the most amazing breathtaking view of Lake Wakatipu. And the apartment itself (we had 3 bedrooms) were very comfortable, clean, modern and fully equipped. We cooked, did our laundry and drying daily. Spacious for the seven of us. We had kids ranging from 5 to 15 years old. You can access a jogging track by the lake from the property if you fancy a walk in the evenings. We had a warm welcome from Mr Vinod, and he was responsive to our messages about early check out. We were told housekeeping was not daily but that is fine with us as we throw away our own rubbish. We had a lovely 3 nights here. Thank you for making our holiday in Queenstown memorable!

The roads were steep but we went during summer so our car had no problems going in and out.

Location of the property with picture perfect views! The Apartment was spacious, modern, very comfortable beds and well appointed. The man at reception was very helpful and recommended walking the path along the lake to reach the city centre (approx 25 mins walk), as we didn't want to drive to town centre. Few stairs to get to the apartment and within the apartment which didn't worry us, but could be an issue for people with mobility issues or disabilities.

Very steep driveway to the parking - but I guess this applies to all of Queenstown!

Location of the appartment, overlooking the Lake. Actually the best one, just over the Tennis court, it was not planned. The size of the place: vast kitchen/living room with plenty of light coming from windows above the lake and the huge bedrooms with lake views. Very comfortable. We actually slightly change our programme to spend more time in the place (long aperitif before going out to diner) because we enjoyed the place so much. Great welcome from the staff. Plus quick help to boost the Wifi.

House was a great size, the view was amazing and the location close enough to town centre.

We arrived after hours the 3rd bedroom hadn't been unlocked, after a phone call someone came and unlocked it for us so this was a easy fix. However the shower in the main bathroom needs attention, the water leaked out from the bottom of the door and we needed to use towels to soak it up after each shower, therefore had to wash and dry them each day, thankfully there was a washer and dryer in the room. The sofa bed in the lounge is not comfortable for an adult.
