The location of the apartments is walking distance from town which is great because Queenstown in town parking is largely paid during the day and difficult to find a parking spot particularly at night. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was so good from the entrance (front /balcony) and also from bedroom window. The staff accommodated for late check in by picking up keys from a box and checking in properly the following morning. Heaters were fantastic. Also had electric blankets but we did not use.

The room door was left wide open on our arrival. We then noticed cigarette smoke smell. Luckily the smell went away by the next morning. There isn't many car park spots but to be fair we were able to get a parking spot at the apartment all times.

Both ladies at reception were lovely. They were more than happy to store our bags while we walked the Milford Track till our return. Amity Serviced Apartments are in a great location, only a short walk to the centre of Queenstown. The apartment was warm, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our short stay. Although we didn't use the cooking facilities, they would have been great for self catering.

We were warmly met by Cora, who was so accommodating and immediately made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay in Queenstown. Our apartment was so lovely, you could tell much attention went into ensure it was stocked with all the home comforts to ensure a comfortable stay. I will 100% be staying at Amity again when I come back to Queenstown, was a great find! Thank you Cora and team xx

All was well, the location allowed us to get a little more exercise and was close to the main centre and all facilities. The apartment was spacious, comfortable beds, all that was required for an enjoyable stay in Queenstown. Friends stayed in a newer apartment close by, they were not happy as they paid a greater price per night and space within was VERY limited.

I was fine, but someone older might have problems when wanting a shower as that was located with the bath.

They are advertised as serviced appartments, but in our 4 nights stay, our bed wasn’t made. We had to go to the reception on one of the days to get fresh towels. One of the days was a public holiday and the only thing done was to replenish the tea bags. If this is important, then you might reconsider. Other than that, the accommodation was great.

I like that it is walking distance to town though it is uphill on return (good for exercising treats and winetastings off!). Everything we needed was available: kitchen facilities with fridge, bathroom with actual bath plus toiletries available (love the fresh shower gel smell), beds comfy, heating plentiful if needed, an array of TV channels. This is my 3rd time staying here, and would still return for more stays.

Not their fault, but ongoing roadworks for many months now which start early, but we had early start days thank goodness. We could still drive onto the property and park though.

We arrived early and the staff at reception accommodated an early check-in which was amazing. The kitchenet was well stocked with equipment and the selection of tea and coffee was very good. The layout of the apartment was great with the bedrooms separate from the kitchen space. Perfect location only a 10 min walk into the centre. There was construction work taking place but the property notified us upon booking with the option of a refund, we chose to stay and were not bothered by any noise.

Good location about 10 minute walk and quite a big hill so not good for elderly etc Kitchen was fully equipped. Heating was good. Sky TV worked for a lot of channels. A little our dated but ok for value compared to everything else in Queenstown

Towels could have been changed over as they were not our whole 5 night stay Also a dressing gown would make the stay so much more comfortable just some food for thought to the owner

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were doing a 3 day hike and they looked after our bags for us. We arrived back late so they left a key out for us but they had also put all our bags in our room which was wonderful service! Location was amazing, we could walk everywhere within a couple of minutes! Great room - modern and clean. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfy!

It was a great spot for us to stay for a week in Queenstown. Located just outside the city core about a 10 minute walk. There is free parking, daily room service, and a great kitchen to cook. Best of all, the staff is outstanding. Cora especially goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensures you have everything you need for a great stay at Amity.
