Good location and facilities.

Don’t necessarily imagine a room with terrace and lake view- which are the ones on the published photos. We got a room with almost no light (we could open the window but the view was to the hallway). Also, breakfast is not served, they give you all to prepare it by yourself- in my opinion, a very expensive breakfast to be so basic. Wouldn’t pay for that!

The suite accommodation was beautiful and the views over the peaks and mountains from the living area were breath taking. The location was lovely, you could take the very regular buses into Queenstown within a two minute walk or walk into town along the lake which took about 25 minutes. We hired a car which was a great move. The accommodation is in a perfect location for travelling around visiting the local and not so local areas. The property was good, the only thing that let it down was the poor wi fi but this was being addressed as we were leaving.

We were fit, but if you had mobility problems there were no alternatives to many steps. But this is mentioned when booking. However there were more than we expected.

Our room was a one bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the mountains surrounding Queenstown (including full length windows and a private balcony). The facilities were elegant and good quality, there were two TVs, and we loved the instant fire in the living room.

The location was a bit further out of town than we thought - about a 20-25 minute walk, with a lot of uphill on the way back (tough after a big meal!) One other small complaint - the fan in the bathroom was very loud (like a jet engine) and it came on automatically with the light, so there was no way to turn it off.

Lake view and the staff was fantastic

If you are looking for a central CBD place, this is not it. it is a good 10-15 min walk to the Queenstown central area. Due to construction on frankton road walking isn’t the most convenient way either the space is shared with 2 accommodations, and if you are looking for a tranquil / serene stay, this isn’t it. despite staff mandating quiet hours, travelers can be loud, the doors slam shut very hard and very little sound proofing.

I stayed here for several nights and had an amazing experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the lake and mountain scenery felt like a dream. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped, especially the in-room laundry facilities which were super convenient for a long stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The location is great — just a short walk from Queenstown centre, but far enough for peace and quiet.

Great views and location. Fireplace in Winter was a plus and difficult to find in Queenstown. Close to the city and was easy walk given the road works in the area

Underfloor heating was not working well, whether intentional or not. Air conditioning is not a satisfactory option for this as it drys the air out. Unit could do with a tidy up (Split in kitchen bench repaired when we were there) but crack in bathroom sink. Bed was lumpy. Soap and shampoo unit poorly designed, difficult to get soap out of as tops too low, sharp edges on persplex meant we had multiple cuts on our fingers trying to get the pumps to work by the time we left

lovely location and the views were amazing. short walk to town about 10 min down and 15 min back saved us a lot on taxis (they aren’t cheap). staff were very friendly and helpful with our questions

wasn’t absolutely soundproof, didn’t like the fact I was room A and room B was attached. could hear them often. cups and cutlery weren’t the cleanest had to give them another clean, although the price we paid compared to other places was reasonable, it was still quite expensive I think for what we got overall.

We (3 people) stayed in one of the two bedroom Alpine suites. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had an amazing view towards the lake and the Remarkables, which was a joy to wake up to every morning. The location was really great for us, we could walk into Queenstown CBD easily (15 mins) but it should be noted if you have mobility issues the return journey is mostly uphill and could be classed as steep.

Walking distance to town. ( about 10 min). Bus stop just outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful I stayed in a regular room the first 3 nights which was simple but perfect for a solo traveler. I added a final night at the end of my stay but had to book the deluxe apartment because other rooms were books. Was a bit more than what I needed but such a big treat! I wish I could have stayed longer! Full kitchen, loft style bedroom, big comfortable living room with comfortable couch and a fireplace and lake view. Also I left my converter/plug and the staff was very helpful and kept it for me so I was able to return for it on my way to the airport.

The regular room was very clean and comfortable and perfect for just myself. But the windows open out to the sidewalk above ( for the hotel rooms) so I had to keep my shades closed for privacy

We liked the convenience of the kitchen equipment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle which meant we could prepare breakfast for ourselves each day. It was great to have the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer in our lobby. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Everything was beautifully clean. It was great to have an allocated parking space for our rental car.
