Check in Staff were great very helpful and polite. Room was large enough for myself and my partner, we were able to be comfortable without needing to be on top of one another. Had great features in the room itself such as a kitchen and a washing machine.

Cleaners didn't do much in the way of cleaning, my partner was still in the room one time they come to do cleaning, and they walked in took rubbish and asked if that's all? they didn't notice the wet floor mat in the bathroom that stayed there for the entire stay and was never replaced.

The apartment was very adequate. Our apartment had a little grassed area which was nice. Not all apartments have that. Parking was free, location was perfect for Goma, Museum,Art gallery and QPAC. Short walk to restaurants but the hotel has its own restaurant and bar limited times. Staff were very obliging and helpful. There is a lot of gathering areas to meet up with friends. We would stay again.

There was a very noisy party right next door and we didn't have any after hours contact. Although the rooms are quite sound proof it made me nervous as we had 2 teenage granddaughters with us and the men were very loud. Some people own their own apartments so guess this is hard to control. It wouldn't stop us from booking again as this was probably a one off experience but would be good to have a notice on the wall with a contact number

The staff were nice, good location, okay facilities, like the discount $10 to use as the restaurant, but would have been better if we could use more than 1 at a time.

The room was not clean, there was white powder on the floor, there was hair on the floor, the shower needs to be bleached, the carper was dusty, the towels had stains, the sheets had like a crumb or something on them. We didn't get any toiletries for the first 2 days.

the location is closer for my training, and also the room is so neat and clean. the bed is comfortable and also the house keeping alway come every morning to change my bedsheet, pillowcase and also to tidy my bed neat.

I didn't like eating chips. the weather so cold. if we want to move to another destination we must use Google map.

The location of the hotel just across the road from the museum was excellent with plenty nearby that if desired we could go for an easy walk around. The breakfast was excellent. My only regret was not being able to enjoy it every day of our stay due to some early start mornings that meant we weren't around at the 6:30am open

The restaurant closing at 8pm seemed just a little earlier for Friday and Saturday but it is what it is. The fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work and there was something outside our window that made a bit of noise but typically we sleep with a fan on so the noise didn't bother us

This is a no frills budget, get what you pay for accomodation that is affordable and suitable for a one night stay. Clean room and bathroom, excellent air conditioning, free undercover parking. Even though our view was over William Jolly bridge, the traffic noise was light on a Saturday night. The pool was clean and looked inviting. The highlight of the stay is proximity to south bank. Easy walk to everything in south bank and then walk or public transport to city.

The shower area is outdated with an old style screen. Need a hanging hook in bathroom area. Only 2 towels provided for 3 adults.

Our room was cool on arrival which we appreciated after our long drive & the hot weather. We did have trouble finding our room as our key ring read "60" but it was actually "09" & located in a different building. Breakfast was included in our room cost & we enjoyed the selection. Good variety of hot food & cold options including fresh fruit. Barista made coffee was an added bonus. Our bed was super soft but comfortable. Great location walking distance to Southbank restaurants & food stalls

Room was small for 3 adults as was the bathroom & we didn't have enough towels even though I booked for 3 adults. No gluten free options were on offer or available at buffet breakfast

Front desk/reception excellent. Assisted me to be able to change and get the accessible room that I wanted and had stayed in previously on other visits to this hotel. Parking was easy and good fast elevators. The bed was comfortable and the accessible bathroom was perfect (again). The swimming pool was great and straight outside the room.

I had taken time to write several times asking for assistance with a ground floor room and especially the accessible room. It did not appear that that information had remained with my booking at all. Still, the wonderful staff assisted me and I only had to wait half an hour before I could get into and stay in the room of my choice. Happy customer!

The staff are very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. The location is perfect for walking to nearby events, shows and dining without being smack bang in the centre of the busy areas. My family has been staying at Riverside over many years and can see the little upgrades that have happened over time. This visit showed that the towels were extra soft and the main bed had an extra layer of softness.

The bathroom could use some extra TLC around the shower screen and dust buildup around the washing machine but everything felt clean and smelt good.

Location is fantastic - walking distance to Southbank Streets Beach as well as shopping. Loved that we could park the car and leave it there until we checked out. Room was spacious and just what we needed for a 2 night stay. Bed was comfy - no complaints here. The complimentary breakfast was also lovely - thank you very much. Will definitely stay here again. Lexi on reception was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We booked in as s group - unfortunately we were in 2 different room types so not located close to each other - my issue for not checking when booking.
