This is my go-to motel in Auckland. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. There is a laundromat on site, and you can park right outside your room. Close to Sylvia Park S/C, and there are some nice restaurants in this area. Although the motel is on the main road, you can not hear the traffic. Beds comfortable. We will be back.

Everything was great

Spacious unit with 2 separate bedrooms, perfect when travelling with Teenagers, very clean and bathroom has separate toilet, convenient location close to supermarket, restaurants and mall.

We stayed in unit number 1 which is very close to the road, hence it was quite noisy, even on a Saturday night. A few fixtures like the bathroom shelf next to the basin have come lose and we did not dare to put anything on it. Also, I would have liked bedside tables on both sides of the queensize bed, as I don't like putting my glasses / phone on the floor.

The motel has had a recent quality refurbishment, the beds were every comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom with great water pressure; and all the fittings in the unit were of a good standard. Very clean and neat unit for our group of three, not cramped at all, we were in unit 8 We could have not had more suitable accommodation. As a group of older people the beds were of a high quality and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike on the whole but the entrance could be wider considering Auckland traffic. Just a minor niggle and something not easily fixed.

Recently refurbished family unit with 2 separate bedrooms, good size bathroom with modern fixtures, carpark is between units giving privacy, everything was very clean. Good block out and privacy blinds on all windows. Great location close to Sylvia Park Mall and very quiet.

Furniture look a bit like a hodgepodge, only one (tiny) wardrobe for the whole unit is in the main area, only one bedside table, only 2 large towels for a unit for 4 people, no real milk, beds were a bit hard for our liking. All in all, good for an overnight stay.

Great little room. And loved the carpark beside the room. Own room, own carpark clearly labelled with the room number. Check in really easy. We walked just up the street to get dinner, lots of food options, went to countdown supermarket at the same time. Home to warm room from heatpump , and watched the All Blacks game on Sky TV. Great size TV On wall. Sofa and table in lounge area was great. Sent visitors we had for dinner and game home, in an Uber, to the city $26 driver arrived in 2 mins from booking. We went to Sylvia Park mall Sunday nice and close for those that love kmart. Great priced room , will stay again liked it's location and free parking, and it's 2 bedrooms. Had all we needed in kitchen. Bring toiletries- shampoo conditioner. And a pillow if you are specific, about how you like them.

The shower has no water pressure, dribbles out in room 2. Unfortunate cause great bathroom etc. As mentioned in other reviews no real milk. So I knew this and purchased a little one at the supermarket. I had my own coffee, cause I'm fussy. Booked 3 adults. - was a 2 room motel. But only 1 facecloth, and 2 towels. So not enough for 3 people. Still a great stay, these things aren't a game changer for us as it was onky one nights stay. We arrived at 5pm left at 10am.

Great location, close to Sylvia Park and within walking distance to supermarket and cafe/ restaurants. Finally a motel that actually has a decent size coffee mug, loved that!.

It would take little effort to make it more comfortable, 2 bedsides instead of one, a picture or two would help, getting the TV cables hidden behind TV instead of in a big jumble hanging below. Hot chocolate would be great for those who don't do tea/ coffee

The facilities, bathroom and beds were great. It was easy to ventilate during the day and close up and make cosy at night. Staff were lovely and our room was cleaned up and we arrived back to a tidy set up of my babies toys on a throw blanket. Very cute and caring surprise. Thankyou The garden area was great to wander around each morning. Close 15 to 29l0 minutes to most attractions.

Sliding door needs a stopper so it stops coming off the floor rail. Was frustrating to fix it each time. Need a small unit by bench for kettle so there is more bench space for those of us who cook. Could do with a swing set up the back.

Exactly as listed! Comfortable, clean and just what we needed for a short stay. Staff were very accomodating to our early arrival and the whole check in & out process was super fast!! Supermarket only a short walk away and a few bus stops basically at the door of this motel, making it very accessible to get around.

Wifi was touchy & no hot chocolate powder. Nothing else, was a fair price for a fair stay!

Very clean well appointed and maintained rooms. Everything that you need for short or long term stay. Very well situated. Friendly helpful staff. We stayed for 2 nights while my husband had eye surgery at Greenlane. Would highly recommend.

Nothing we didn't like. Would have liked a table for suitcases, just as for older guests easier than trying to work on the floor. Couple of hooks in the bathroom for robe and hanging toilet bags would be useful.

It was nice and clean and spacious. Nice to have the porch in front of our room. We were met with a friendly smile and really nice manager/owner. Close to amenities. Food, supermarket, petrol stations and the shopping mall.

There were no extra pillows available. Usually most motels offer a complimentary milk but not this time. Hard to get out of driveway because of the highway but we managed.
