Breakfast was good, with hot and cold selections. Vegetarian options available.

Parking not available on site, but only a short 3 minute walk away.

The hotel was clean bright warm and comfortable. The bed was the best hotel bed we'd ever slept on with great pillows and a fabulous quilt. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a room safe and mini fridge. Iron and ironing board...brilliant! We had a corner room on the road but you could not hear the road noise at all. Nice sized TV too. Hotel has all over free WiFi. Hotel food was nice especially the breakfast selection. We liked the hotel and have joined the Leonardo Advantage Scheme to book again for the end of the month as we have plans in Bristol.

The food was a little pricey. Would be good to have the option to use streaming services via TV.

- great location, walking distance to all central areas of Bristol, including Clifton and very close to the Temple Meads Station - nice, modern and fresh - spotlessly clean - spacious room with a big bed and a nice bathroom with great toiletries + tea, water and biscuits were added every day to the room - friendly staff at the reception and breakfast (allowed us to leave luggage before check in and after checkout and printed some important documents for us) - nice variety of choice for breakfast, tasty options and possibility to order something that wasn't displayed, like vegan sausages, boiled or poached eggs - nice option to buy some essential toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush etc in case you've forgotten + you can order some food for 24h so perfect for someone who arrives very late and hungry - nice touch with personalised welcome message alongside complimentary snacks and soft drinks

- breakfast, as mentioned above, was generally good but could be better with more vegetables or some lighter things such as cottage cheese, for example + scrambled eggs were unfortunately extremely not tasty - bed and pillows a bit too hard although that might be personal preference - even though we booked a double room, we were allocated a de facto room for three - with one double and one single bed, which was a bit disappointing as it'd be more comfortable to have an armchair instead of additional bed

On the positive side, it’s a new establishment with stylish decor. It’s also well located, in a renovated area just a few minutes from Temple Meads railway station and Castle Park. The mattress is comfortable, and the duvet is cozy. We had no noise issues (we asked to be moved to the side opposite the road). And It also has a decent gym with the essentials.

That said, our room wasn’t particularly spacious, nor was the storage space—or the bed, for that matter. But perhaps the worst thing for me was the fact that the windows couldn’t be opened, meaning there was no way to ventilate the room. Add to that the carpet and the dreadful air heating system, and you have the perfect recipe for spending the night sneezing—at least if you’re allergic to dust mites like I am. Lastly, the hotel doesn’t go out of its way with small touches. There is no coffee maker in the room (though complimentary instant coffee, tea, and creamer are provided). And if you forget something like a toothbrush, you’ll have to buy it

Staff were great. I wasn't feeling brilliant, and they were helpful over the course of the whole weekend from checking in and out with flight times etc. They were friendly & helpful. Room is lovely and bed comfortable and it was very quiet at night for a good sleep. Food is good too. All in all I would recommend hotel for definite

The location has nothing near it. In fairness, it's a 5-minute walk to the train station and a bit more to the city. I had issues with a pain condition, so it's not hotels fault as normally I enjoy the walks. Just had to uber around the city, which was reasonable.

The staff were lovely, I said it was my bfs Bday (reason for the stay) and the reception said they would decorate the room with balloons, gave us a bottle of prosecco, Bday card etc. Very nice touch! The bed was super comfy (slept 10 hrs straight!) and the location is great as well as the shower being perfect and clean

The TV is a Samsung smart TV but nothing smart about it. No apps installed and can't cast anything unless you have a Samsung phone! So if you want a lazy day watching movies, this isn't ideal. Only downfall really as most smart tvs have apps installed nowadays. Also, they only provide a chiller, not a fridge in the room so bear that in mind if you wanr to bring own snacks

Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The location was convenient, the staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent – a really tasty and well-prepared selection that made mornings enjoyable

However, there were a few issues with cleanliness and safety. I found some cups in the room that hadn’t been properly cleaned, which was disappointing. More seriously, a member of the cleaning staff left a cable stretched across the floor, and I almost had an accident because of it. I’ve attached an image to show the situation. These issues definitely need attention to ensure guests’ safety and comfort

Super gorgeous room. Plenty of space for 3 and ideal for a little group. Clean, tidy and the staff were great too. We had a problem with needing more towels and the hair dryer in the room didn't work and both were resolved swiftly and courteously. The room's soundproofing is INCREDIBLE. We didn't hear a peep til we checked out at 11 am.

It was a tad bit more expensive than we would have liked. It's only because of a last-minute deal that made this affordable for all 3 of us on a split situation. This hotel certainly isn't cheap. The beds were like 8/10 comfy (too soft!) But I still slept well.

It was very quiet and peaceful, and conveniently close to the train station. We liked all the amenities, and the staff were very friendly and polite. Despite one drawback (AC), we slept very well and had a great time.

The only drawback was the design of the air conditioning—it blows directly onto the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. Since the windows couldn’t be opened due to noise insulation, we had to move the mattress onto the floor, as far away from the AC as possible. Despite that, we slept well and had a great time.
