It was clean. The people at reception were not very and helpful. The location was central and near to two tube stations.

Rooms were very small but it’s what you expect in London. Air conditioning is very loud. There’s a charge of five point to leave luggage for a few hours—thankfully two night supervisors we met the night before checkout said it was ok when we objected to the payment and said we had never come across it before. I think it’s a bit mean to expect guests to pay this as the rates are high enough .

Breakfast was very good, had a special price for guests with a code. Staff treated us like family. We'd travelled for 36 hours, and were very helpful and accommodating. Travelling with coeliac disease is always difficult, but we found 3 safe places to source food close by. We didn't eat out but was easier to obtain coeliac safe food than at home in Australia. Bed was comfy, bus 148 took us into Westminster; Kensington Gardens and Hyde park was a lovely walk and across the road. Had a fridge and twin beds. Close to Underground trains.

Wish they had a guest laundry. Had a laundry service, but prefer ro wash my own clothes.

Extremely quiet rooms, with enough size and a decent closet. The bed was really really comfortable, even the pillows, which was surprising because hotels' pillows are usually too soft. There is public transportation nearby, both tube and bus. We opted to use the bus since it is more relaxed.

The cleanliness could be better. It is something that looks common everywhere in London and I don't understand why. The towels were NEVER clean enough, every single day it was the same. The same happened with the beds. The sheets were always with traces of blood, food, ... not sure.. it was not extremely bad at all, but.. come on, it is a Hilton. This should never be missed.

The location was good and staff were friendly

My booking stated that I had a safe deposit box and a balcony. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, the safe was missing after a refit but there was some confusion over the balcony.

Breakfast was delicious, cookies were a really nice bonus when checking in and receptionist Caner’s hospitability was really appreciated, thank you for the lovely stay! Kiitos!

Location was excellent. Staff were professional and very friendly. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the restaurant.

I contacted the hotel on 3 occasions prior to my arrival asking about the possibility of an earlier check in, I even offered to pay extra. Sadly on no occasion did the hotel contact me back. I arrived at the hotel mid morning, left my bags at reception and was told my room would be ready by 2pm, I said great many thanks. I returned to the hotel at 2:30 to be informed that there was no room available, I sat in reception waiting for a room, to watch 3 sets of guests arrive and be checked in, along with an entire flight crew from Air France. I eventually got to my room to be hit with the noisiest air conditioning unit I've ever encountered, thus making it impossible to sleep.

I love the location of this hotel and most of the staff are very friendly and warm and very eager to help

I still find the king size rooms a little tight also they’re missing the little things. There was no water in the room and there was no coffee pods in the room and when mentioning to the reception she made it out as if I was in the wrong claiming they normally charge for water which I know is not the case as I’ve stayed here many times but overall the management are very good and Hotel is very good.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was very varied and the quality of the food was very good. The central location was excellent and very convenient for the Albert Hall and for central areas we needed to visit.

The breakfast staff were very busy and whilst they were very pleasant towards the guests we sometimes couldn’t find a table which was clean. Also the corridor outside our room was not as clean as inside our room and there was an off putting stain in the corner of the carpet. These are very picky points because overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again.

First of all the location, truly exceptional, in front of Hyde and Kensington Parks and very close to underground stations. Very nice comfortable spotless rooms. Great choice in breakfast with excellent products, both savoury and sweet in a large spacious room. But the best thing is the reception staff! Everyone is kind and collaborative, always listens and solves your problems and always with a smile. Antonio, in particular, is exceptional as he knows how to solve even complicated problems. Stay there makes your holiday an easy and unforgettable experience.

Great location, very good breakfast on 1st morning.

The air conditioning is very noisy. There are only 2 teabags each day and no mugs, only small coffee cups. Resolved by taking them from breakfast restaurant. No complimentary water - for the room rate, I would have expected there to be water available. The room was on the higher floor for view of park shame it wasn't as stated we had a view of a car park. Breakfast on Day 2 and 3 very busy and limited selection. Coffee machine inadequate for number of guests. Noisy and very busy road to the ftont of hotel. Breakfast interrupted by the hop on hop off bus rep trying to sell tickets.
