Breakfast was included and delicious. Not sure we would have paid additional $45 for that, but it was easy with lots to select from. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Excellent location off the busy streets, but so close to great shopping, cafes, alleys, etc.
We could hear the TV from the room next door. Not sure if that was because it was a joining room and we had a shared door, or if all rooms were the same (re sound through walls). Interesting to charge extra for barista coffee (not included with breakfast), when that's what most people are going to want to order. Other higher end hotels include that with their breakfast package.

Everything is perfect. The location is central enough but away from the city noise ( there are a lot of constractions going on in CBD at the moment), the staffs are friendly and very helpfu, our room was spacious and very clean. We will definitely stay in this hotel again on our next visit to Melbourne.
We originally stayed in room 320, it's spacious and comfortable, however, it was rather noisy becuase of the train passing every 5 minutes even at mid night - not ideal for light sleeper. On request, we were moved to higher level so that resolved the problem. If you are light sleeper, make sure you speak to the front desk and ask to allocat for the rooms on another side of the building.

The room was well laid out and felt immediately cozy. Everything was neat and clean. I really appreciated the fact that we could order additional amenities using a link on our phones, rather than having to call reception - this was so convenient and something all hotels should adapt as it truly increased the comfort factor. The breakfast buffet was also very good - high quality especially the pastries! Finally, a good location - close to the busy areas without feeling like it.
Despite it being easy to arrange, slippers in the room upon arrival would have been nice - I was surprised they weren't already there. A view facing the a wall is quite unexciting. I wish I'd known that there would be a view like this and I would have chosen otherwise. The breakfast buffet would be even better with more variety, and a Bread Slicer! (Letting customers slice their own sourdough is surely not a good idea).

Loved this Hotel, it's great. The location is perfect right in the heart of everything, easy to walk everywhere and with a Tram stop right out the front on Bourke St. The hotel is in a beautiful, historic, Art Deco building. We stayed in a Superior King room, it was clean, quiet and large, and extremely comfortable with a large well appointed bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and cosy, Breakfast was great and good value for money. All the staff are very nice, friendly, professional and helpful. From the moment we checked in, all the staff we encountered were lovely. Especially Samuel at breakfast. I'm particular about my coffee and Amy made great flat whites! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I've stayed here before and will stay again.

You really do get what you pay for with this property, and it is absolutely worth every cent. The rooms are gorgeously appointed, the main lobby and dining area are beautiful with their historic charm carefully preserved through renovations, and the staff are exceedingly helpful. Furthermore, the location is highly ideal for the Melbourne CBD, in walking distance to plenty of shopping, eating and business locations, as well as the tram line and airport SkyBus station.
There isn't any on-site parking, but you can get access to a nearby parking garage (about a 3 minute walk) for $39 per night.

Amazing staff that go above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and perfect. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with such a large variety of cusines to choose from. Vallet parking was perfect after a long 4 hour drive down to Melbourne and then tackling Melbourne traffic. Knowing my car is safe during our stay is extremily important. I am so impressed with the friendly, helpful staff. They helped point out the best restaurants within walking distance and even drew on a map how to get there for me. I feel very fortunate that I chose to stay with Hilton on Little Queen Street in Melbourne. I will highly recommend to anybody coming down to Melbourne for a short stay.

We stayed at the Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street on our Anniversary and had a truly wonderful experience!! Thank you Sandavi from the front desk and our room division manager Justin L. for the exceptional service and thoughtfulness. The deliberateness and personal touches made our stay, coinciding with our anniversary, even more special and memorable. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding stay!
Mobile data connection to the room is poor and the room wifi cost money ~$20 per 24hr

The place is Clean, I was greeted by reception with the genuine Style. We were able to check in very early at 10 am. The breakfast is superb. Room is clean and very comfy
At the breakfast buffet, I felt a bit discriminated by the staff because probably we were Asians. They put us to the very corner and isolated from the others despite requesting to be near the buffet area. Be aware that there are entitled guess too. The staff attended those who look classy first and put us last despite we arrived in the area first.
