The staff were very courteous, friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. For example, I asked for two extra coffee pods, and was given four...same with the bath soap - I asked for one and was given three! When the coffee maker in the room was giving trouble, the maintenance staff came at once to check on it and replaced it with a brand new one. We also appreciated all the little thoughtful touches - shower in the opposite direction of the shower tap ensuring we didn't get drenched with the shower when switching on the tap, a footrest in the shower cabinet, almost soundless taps, the perfect water temperature in the taps, a mini fridge and microwave in the room, an extra comfartable sofa in addition to a king size ultra-plus bed, soft lighting in the room and a great view from a top floor room that we were given on request.

The aircon in the room made a lot of noise throughout the night and we couldn't get it to reach the right temperature despite trying all the settings, so it was always either too hot or too cold in the room and very noisy through the night. Also, the breakfast was just average and did not meet my expectations at all, especially given that pther travellers had rated this hotel as having a 'good' or 'excellent' breakfast.

We stayed at Fairfield by Marriott in Niagara for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The price and quality were absolutely worth it. It was especially thoughtful and touching to receive a complimentary treat and a handwritten note made personally for us such a nice gesture that made our stay even more special. We also enjoyed having access to the pool, although it could use a bit more cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back

Pool needs to be clean

The room was clean, of a good size and beds were comfortable. The location was good as it was near enough to the main eateries and amusements, whilst also being walking distance to the falls boat station. The pool was good for cooling down.

The breakfast was not as good as previous Fairfield hotels we have stayed at. The hot food was cool and looked like it had been there for a while. The orange juice and coffee ran out and I had to find people to replace each, which they did straight away. The choice of food was okay but again not as great as previous hotels we have stayed at.

We had a wonderful view of the city from our window. Our room was clean and quiet. Nice large TV in our room. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

The ice machine was out of order on our ninth floor. I had to go down to the lobby each time I wanted ice in my water. The comforter on the bed was noisy. I know that is a odd complaint but every time I would move, it sounded like a parachute was being drug across me. Maybe the bed cover was new and needed to be washed a few more times to soften it up.

Likes: Breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Spacious seating area. Staff were helpful in all aspects. Rooms are huge and equipped with appliances. Walking distance to Clifton Hills and falls. Dislikes: When we arrived at the first room, there’s a urine in the toilet, which is gross. I asked the receptionist to change the room, they apologized and granted our request. My recommendation to the housekeeping, please always check the room prior to leaving, make sure no area is missed to ensure cleanliness for the next guests. The smell of strong chemical in the elevator and loud aircon turned me off. Otherwise, everything is fine.

I booked the 1bed King room and it was very nice, comfortable, and spacious; it was better than what I expected. The bathroom was clean and the TV is big with great quality. It even had a large sized couch/ futon. The pool is a nice size and the gym is GREAT (clean, upgraded, useable equipment, and good size). The staff was very helpful and made processes easy. I even extended my stay for another night and it was easily taken care of. The surrounding area of the hotel is very nice, many fast food and restaurant options for all ages. Good gift shops and attractions as well. The paid parking (in my opinion) was worth it because it was a fair rate per night and its super close to the property; I knew where my car was at all times, didn't fear about towing, and didn't have to walk far with shopping bags etc. Mississauga and Toronto are a little over an hour away and are great places to go if you can spare the drive!

There was not anything I didn't like which was surprising because I travel a lot. But, of course, this will vary for everyone as we all have different expectations and things we like and dont like. Great hotel, and if you decide to stay here, I hope you have the same experience I did.

Location of this property, staff and amenities were remarkable! Daily breakfast was very fresh and very delicious with lots of options. Definitely looking forward to stay at Fairfield again and would recommend to my friends and family 👍😊

Just one thing put me off was, during our 3nights stay we asked for a housekeeping service only once, which was not up to the mark. Beds were not done properly, washroom was cleaned as if in hurry. So they need to train the housekeeping staff properly.

I wanted to commend samantha and the other front office staff for doing a wonderful job in accomodating and welcoming us. Samantha did an amazing job having our room available during the check in process, she made a way for us to check in to our room earlier because we really needed to rest from a long trip

I didn’t like one of the staff who is an Indian lady. She cuts us out when we ask about something. She could be more friendly with the way she talks and how she treats the guests.

The location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms, plus the view were just amazing! The room size was just enough and my family and I could stay there for almost a week comfortably. We also absolutely enjoyed the breakfast and friendliness of the employees.

I think it was a reasonable expectation to find water in the room, which wasn't. I also understand that it's common to rent the parking separately in the Niagara area, however, it could be nice to include that as free for the hotel guests.
