We had a double-queen room on the second floor of the external building. The location is very central and close to all attractions and local WEGO buses that will take you to more remote attractions. It was relatively quiet taking into account the location near the road. The room had all basic necessities - clean renovated bathroom, clean towels, toiletries, iron and ironing board, lots of hangers, small fridge, coffee maker with choice of tea and coffee, good air conditioning, big TV, rather comfortable beds. The staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. If you are not looking for luxuries of a 4-5 star hotel and just need a very affordable place to sleep and have a nice nutritious breakfast before heading out for a whole day of adventures, this place is the right one.

There was only one staircase leading to the second floor of the external building. Two others are closed, probably for repairs. The entrance door to the room was sticking and required a "break-in" push with a shoulder to be opened. My kids had fun with it though.

This hotel is value for money. it may not be the best around, but in terms of value for money, it's worth it. I was looking for a hotel that wouldn't put a hole in my pocket and still provide value. this just did it. We were going to visit the Niagara Falls. For the location, this is just awesome - just a few minutes' walk to the Falls and all the attractions and thousands of restaurants around. Not in the heart of it, but within a good distance, so you don't have to experience the noise, but still very close to all the fun. I think the location is the best thing about the hotel. Then, the hotel staff were just awesome, friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was not exceptional, but decent and good. Like I said, it's value for money. The Hotel was clean too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and if i have to go back to Niagara, I would not mind staying here.

The fitness room has only 2 equipment, not much of a fitness room. I did not mind, though, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, not a deal breaker, Still enjoyed the stay

Breakfast was very good. Staff were pleasant to talk to.

I had booked a room for $60 online and prepaid it online. When we checked in we were informed we were on the third floor with no elevator and there would be $20 charge for parking. I an 82 years old and my wife is 81. We both use a cane and climbing stair is difficult for us. I asked for a change of rooms where we could use an elevator. the girl on the desk called the manager and made arrangements for us to have a room on the second floor with use of an elevator. She said she would give us a discounted price. We needed to pay an additional $50. What could we do? We needed a room. Also there was a charge of $20 for parking. Now $130 is more than $60 we had paid. The new room was fine and roomy but I'm quite disappointed in the extra charges!!!

We had a Quality time and Quality service at this Quality Inn ... Experience was very good and pleasant. Helpful, smily, and excellent staff ... they even upgrade our room. Spacious and clean Double-Queen room. Comfortable and clean beds. Quiet and safe. Delicious breakfast.

The only 3 downs are: The swimming pool area was not warm enough but not that bad, I also expected that the water should be a bit warmer for an interior pool. Also, the fitness center is small with only 2 machines; in addition, there were no chairs inside to sit down and relax. Finally, the Parking is a bit expensive, $20 + tax a night.

The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

I didn't like that I kept seeing little worms on the floor and after we checked out we was charged by the hotel 2 extra charges, we didn't realize it until we got to New York City but I paid for 2 nights on the app then when we checked out on July 4th we was charged $15 something but it's since been removed but was charged a $33.91 charge for some reason.

The room was spacious and clean. We were able to have two roll-away beds in it. The kids loved the pool. The woman at reception was extremely friendly and accommodated all my requests. The kids loved the pancake machine. The hotel is value for money.

WIFI was bad to very bad. At times we had to go to the lobby to use it. Breakfast was adequate but the number of tables for the breakfast guests was not.

The location was great. Close walking distance to the falls, 10 mins, and Clifton hill, 3 mins. Close to many places to eat, including a restaurant connected to the hotel. Breakfast spread was wonderful with lots to choose from. Cereal, toast, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, juices, and fresh fruits.

The halls are showing their age but our room was updated and looking wonderful.

Everything was great! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The breakfast was really good, and the hotel staff were excellent – always attentive and kind. I had a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you!"

The location was great, easy to walk to most attractions. There were your basic breakfast options, nothing that stood out as amazing.

We were in the motel across the parking lot, the TV couldn't pick up on the WIFI for some reason so the Roku was completely useless to us. Also not having a small fridge/microwave was a little inconvenient.

The hotel is in the centre close to Niagara falls and Clifton hill about 10 to 15 minutes by walk. Reasonable price for the area and the room was spacious.

The hotel could really use some renovation as it seems that it is stuck in the 80s,the room wasn't that bad as it looked like some renovation had been done. Although the breakfast is complementary it could be improved by having more options such as bacon,sausages, granola and so on and Instead of plastic cutlery,plates and bowls ceramic plates and stainless steel cutlery would be better.
