Apartment was great - good layout and plenty of space. Location is excellent - close to CBD and Britomart. Lots of really good options for restaurants. Easy access to motorways.

I'd asked for twin beds in one room that it hadn't been arranged.

Bed was very comfortable. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Kitchen was very handy. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The configuration of the studio room was great for privacy. Staff always friendly. Foyer seating area really nice. Supermarket around the corner very handy. Great location for downtown Auckland.

Kitchen needed to be equipped better. Only having two of everything (2 glasses, 2 plates, etc) meant constant rinsing/washing up. Also needed a few more practical utensils, as the kitchen itself was great but no wooden spoons for cooking, no serving utensils, etc. Also would have appreciated cleaning every second day. I had to request cleaning on Wednesday after arriving Saturday afternoon. And we would have appreciated a desk, or configure bench so it can be sat at - the dining table provided was very small. Wardrobe space in the bedroom also too small to be practical for us (we were there 6 days).

Adina Apartment is reasonably near downtown Auckland, and you can go to several places just by walking. The room is comfortable, wide and with enough space for bags. There is a safe large enough to contain your computer and a small table and chair where you can use it. The WiFi is quite good, and the breakfast is delicious and plenty. They would lend umbrellas to us every time we asked since Auckland seems to have rain each and every day.

When we arrived, the attendant tried to recharge the breakfast, and I had to insist that the breakfast was included. The access to the rooms crosses a non-covered space where we could get wet when it was raining. I had to add one night for our arrival since we arrived at eight in the morning at the hotel, and they didn't have any arrangement to deal with an early check-in.

Love the location and easy access. Also the fact that they have a large carpark you can access before checking in. Check in is alway simple and fast, staff are always friendly. Beds are super comfy and pillows are great. Shower was spacious and hot, had great pressure. Loved the big towels and bath products are nice too. Short walk to the Britomart Saturday Market, lots of places to eat nearby too. Perfect spot to stay on a concert night. I've stayed here on my birthday the last couple of years and I love the place. I'll come back for sure.

Two things I personally didn't like : - the tea brand we had in our room was not great. - the dryer worked fine, but the filter was loose, it kept falling out, so there was fluff/lint everywhere. I also found a towel and a pair of men's underwear in the dryer from previous guests.

Adina Apartment Hotel became our hotel of choice in Auckland. It is within walking distance from downtown, you can easily take public transportation to more distant places, and it is on a tranquil street. Their rooms are large and have a good heater and the necessary amenities - such as fridge, microwave oven and electric boiler - with good beds, pillows, and bed linen, nice towels in the adequate bathroom, and a good shower. There is a table and chairs where you can work on your computer, enough space for your luggage, and a sofa. Their restaurant offers a nice breakfast and has exquisite meals and wine for the other meals.

Well, their toilet could have a dush for those who cannot use toilet paper. The fact that it is the third time we stayed there speaks volumes about what we think of their quality.

The room was very nice. It was spacious and roomy with a lovely couch as well as a table for dinner or working. The bed was amazing - lovely and firm and so comfortable. This was a lovely place to stay and we'd definitely stay there again.

Not really anything to dislike about the place. The gym was pretty average and didn't have a lot of equipment but apart from that it was a really good inner city play to stay. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and it was fine but very few vegetarian or vegan options and no flexility from the chef to change things for us

Location to Spark Arena.

The parking. Drove 7 hours to get there and had to hope we could get an overnight park. Had to leave my kid in an illegally parked car while I went to check in (which took ages because of a system failure) & buy parking. I then couldn’t get into the park because it wasn’t obvious where to scan the card and two clearly marked card scanners were not the right one. Then check out and go to leave the carpark and can’t get out because we have handed our room cards in. The whole parking system needed a better clarification and description of the process by the Apartment. Prior booking for parking should be allowed. First booked gets the park. Simple.

Location, facilities, equipped kitchen, gym

Check-in was unpleasant. Having already paid for the accomodation, my booking couldn’t be found. Even when I provided the confirmation number, I was asked to handover my phone to assist with checking in. This is unusual and felt invasive. The delay to checking in, despite having already paid was disappointing and soured the mood upon arriving in Auckland having just flown in. I did not receive an apology for the delay or offer to rectify the error, which required me to fill out a form with details that were already part of my booking.

Great view and close to town!

There is no room service, and they didn't change our beds sheet for three days. There are also no towels!

Great location, close to Britomart train station and bus stops, as well as a few great restaurants. Kitchenette in the studio room was well stocked with everything we needed, and the room felt quite spacious.

Only high traffic areas are cleaned. I moved one of the beds in the room against the far wall (to give a little more space between the two twins we had), to find that the carpet underneath the bed hadn’t been vacuumed for a VERY long time. There were chunks of food and dust etc. Housekeeping did not vacuum it the next morning so I asked reception to make a note for the following day, they didn’t vacuum it then either (they changed the towels and left the cabinets open so we knew they were there). All other areas in the room seemed clean however they clearly are not very thorough.
