It was a minor quibble, because initially I didn't expect it, but somehow the advertising data suggested a coffee maker. This wasn't the case. The room was underprovided with coffee and tea sachets - minor issue...

Apartment was great - good layout and plenty of space. Location is excellent - close to CBD and Britomart. Lots of really good options for restaurants. Easy access to motorways.

I'd asked for twin beds in one room that it hadn't been arranged.

The location was phenomenal for us, as it was literally 2 mins from the Spark Arena, the lobby, restaurant was extremely welcoming and tidy. The room was beautiful although it was open planned you could pull out the hidden panels to enclose the bedroom. The shower was stunning great temperature and pressure, the toiletries are unique and soothing. We had everything we needed if we wanted to cook or entertain a couple of guest and the option to step out on the balcony was relaxing. We also wanted to bring the bed home with us 😄

Parking, there is parking available via the hotel and also close with spark arena it just was a hassle to book. Although I understand the hotel wanting to decrease and allow patrons to be mindful of their carbon footprint it was inconvenient at times to request towels etc. My photos don't do it justice

Bed was very comfortable. Rooms were quiet and spacious. Kitchen was very handy. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The configuration of the studio room was great for privacy. Staff always friendly. Foyer seating area really nice. Supermarket around the corner very handy. Great location for downtown Auckland.

Kitchen needed to be equipped better. Only having two of everything (2 glasses, 2 plates, etc) meant constant rinsing/washing up. Also needed a few more practical utensils, as the kitchen itself was great but no wooden spoons for cooking, no serving utensils, etc. Also would have appreciated cleaning every second day. I had to request cleaning on Wednesday after arriving Saturday afternoon. And we would have appreciated a desk, or configure bench so it can be sat at - the dining table provided was very small. Wardrobe space in the bedroom also too small to be practical for us (we were there 6 days).

Apartments had good selection of helpful kitchen items. Nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Pillows and towels nice quality. Air con in each room. Car park underneath building so no walk. Good value for money when booked ahead.

Didn’t love that there is open roof to apartment rooms so no protection from rain. Not much flexibility on late check out. Typically an hour extra is given most places I stay if asked the night ahead. Just needs coordinating w room service staff. Also had to call in the morning to arrange which defeats the convenience of a late check out and ability to get more sleep! Managed to get half an hour extra which was helpful but still got service staff knocking on the door twice to figure out what was going on.

I have stayed many times, and will continue to do so. It is just perfect for my needs.

Just a couple of wee things to note: I note that the rooms are just serviced once every three days. (This is fine but we didn’t realise as there was a card left saying to place this on our beds and the beds would be made and a quick tidy up would happen). With us staying two nights, we ran out of towels as the shower leaked across the floor and we needed to use the towels to mop it up, and we ran out of rubbish space. Perhaps you might consider providing more rubbish bags and towels in future. We also noted that when we asked for the rubbish to be removed, and to get extra cutlery (as there was not enough for two people) and for more toilet paper to be brought in, only the toilet paper arrived. You may wish to check your lines of communication for future.

Spacious room that was exceptionally clean. Well equipped with everything you'd need for several days away. Large fridge/freezer, plates, cups, mugs, silverware, etc all provided. Furnishings were very comfortable and the mattress was excellent. Wi-fi worked well with no connectivity issues.

Although the walls of the room were well soundproofed, the windows (including those right next to the bed) were not. Other guests and people walking by outside were extremely noisy/drunk, so the noise crept in through the windows. But that's Downtown Auckland nowadays. The location is convenient for some transport, Spark Arena, etc but nearby restaurant options are limited and can feel unsafe walking around at night. In-house restaurant and cafe are only open during the weekdays, not weekends, so was of no help to us!

Good choice for breakfast. This time it was warm but previous visit breakfast was cold to Luke warm and we were the 2nd ones in the restaurant that morning.7.30am

We were booked in for a special graduation dinner for 6 on the 13th. MAY. On arriving at 6.30pm were disappointed to find the restaurant empty and to be told the chef was not on and that a pizza and burger menu was our only option.not what we had planned for a special graduation dinner. Staff said they were unable to contact us to let us know yet had all our details as supplied when booking.Consequently we did not stay for dinner..and didn't get to have a one off special graduation dinner that we had planned for our granddaughter. Very disappointed as we had booked rooms for 6 people in the hotel.

Adina Apartment is reasonably near downtown Auckland, and you can go to several places just by walking. The room is comfortable, wide and with enough space for bags. There is a safe large enough to contain your computer and a small table and chair where you can use it. The WiFi is quite good, and the breakfast is delicious and plenty. They would lend umbrellas to us every time we asked since Auckland seems to have rain each and every day.

When we arrived, the attendant tried to recharge the breakfast, and I had to insist that the breakfast was included. The access to the rooms crosses a non-covered space where we could get wet when it was raining. I had to add one night for our arrival since we arrived at eight in the morning at the hotel, and they didn't have any arrangement to deal with an early check-in.

Love the location and easy access. Also the fact that they have a large carpark you can access before checking in. Check in is alway simple and fast, staff are always friendly. Beds are super comfy and pillows are great. Shower was spacious and hot, had great pressure. Loved the big towels and bath products are nice too. Short walk to the Britomart Saturday Market, lots of places to eat nearby too. Perfect spot to stay on a concert night. I've stayed here on my birthday the last couple of years and I love the place. I'll come back for sure.

Two things I personally didn't like : - the tea brand we had in our room was not great. - the dryer worked fine, but the filter was loose, it kept falling out, so there was fluff/lint everywhere. I also found a towel and a pair of men's underwear in the dryer from previous guests.
