The hotel is surrounded by fragrant jasmine and conveniently located across the street from a tram station. We stayed in a superior double room with extra bed. The extra bed is a pull-out couch that was very comfortable for a petite gal. The bathroom was very spacious for 3 people and the hotel provides Nuxe brand toiletries. The shower is open style that gets water everywhere if you're a splashy shower taker.

The AC was not working at the end of night 1, which was unpleasant for a summer day in Florence. We informed the front desk who explained that maintenance will look into the issue. It was unresolved at the end of night 2, at which point the front desk transferred us to an equivalent room with no issue.

I had a room in front of the "Grande Roue" of Firenze. My room was so big with a chair, a welcome drink, a mini bar full of drinks which was free (it's important to me to say it because I went to an hotel previously and they give me one bottle of 50cl for two people and they said I need to buy water if I need more! It's nonsense as I paid more than in your hotel). I like everything in my room. A double sink, shower and bath so you can choose how you want to take a shower. The breakfast was various and everything I like. Location was great as the hotel is 10 minutes away from the train station with tramway.

I had everything I needed In my room so I don't know what you can improve but I'll now stay more in NH collection hotel for sure

Large spacious room and bathroom. Convenient location not too crowded yet not too far from the main attractions. Complimentary amenities. Reasonable breakfast spread.

Room temperature, the thermostat wasn't working so the room was cold. Didn't have a personal iron in the room. Lighting, it was very dimly lit near the table. Also the tables were quite small given the size of the room and it was difficult to find space given the hotel already had multiple things placed on the table.

Loved the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds, the rooftop pool and terrace were an added bonus. Most of the staff were super helpful and friendly (all of the reception staff, the porter and the majority of the bar staff were lovely.) Easy to navigate to the centre from the hotel.

No offering for drinks or snacks during the daytime at the pool area. Evening meal options very limited and almost impossible for someone with onion and garlic intolerances so we had to eat elsewhere. The signs indicating when areas were opened seemed out of date as we were informed that food could only be eaten at the restaurant, but those indicated that food was available on the rooftop terrace.

The breakfast was amazing! My children said it was the best part of their holiday! The location was great, not far from the centre at all. The roof top pool and bar were both excellent. The room facilities were excellent from the shoe shiner to the little toothbrush and vanity kits. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was lovely. Excellent air conditioning in the rooms and super friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Large, clean room in a modern hotel. Comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was good. The hotel is a long walk or a short bus ride from the historic center of Florence. This location doesn't have as much character or density of shops and restaurants as the area closer to the center, but we did find a cafe and a grocery within a few blocks' walk. Our room overlooked a park and had a balcony, which was pleasant (although there was nothing to sit on outside). There was traffic noise from the multilane road across the park, but the windows and balcony door provided excellent sound insulation - no noise with them closed. We chose this hotel for comfort, not character, and were very pleased with it.

Excellent buffet breakfast: tasty hot and cold options i.e., veg and rice and fresh sliced fruit, varied cheese and cured meats, lots of lovely pastries with a selection of jams and spreads. There was even a vegan station. Excellent room: spacious and airy. Great shower with green tea shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Good location: only a two-minute walk to the picturesque river Arno.

Only criticism is that in the August heatwave, it was slightly far out from town (20 mins walk), but this is the only fault we can think of. Thanks, NH Firenze - we will be coming back!

The Room was enough spacious, the Bed was comfortable, the view to the Arno and Park was lovely. Breakfast was average but nothing was missing there. The view from Terrace on the Top is really amazing. And the stuff was really friendly and always ready to help.

We had to wait until 16:00 (one hour longer than official check-in time) so that our room gets finally clean. And in the end the bathroom wasn't particularly clean (the marble part on the bathtub had some stains and the bathroom floor some spots as if they were leftovers of an old chewing gum).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The night receptionist went above and beyond, helping us get a cab at 2 AM. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, and the bus stop is only about 150 meters away. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Everything, the room was lovely and the staff were amazing. The roof top pool was the cherry on the cake. It was our 25th wedding anniversary whilst at the hotel, that staff could not have been more helpful, especially Claudia and Alice in making it special.
