I was a solo traveller attending a conference. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from the conference centre and close to sightseeing. It was easy to find and access with the instructions sent from the host. Close to train station. The single room was ample for my needs with a comfy single bed and small bathroom. The accommodation was very quiet but there was a shared kitchen facility where you could make drinks and free snacks available which was a nice touch. The whole accommodation was self service but quite convenient and easy to manage. The room was internal although there was a window that opened to a court yard but no external view. This made it a little dark.

There were no staff to be seen throughout the stay although they communicated in message. The key system for the light in the bedroom and automatic lights in the reception area meant it was a bit dark and creepy when coming and going but the accommodation was quiet and safe overall. I had to leave the city tax in cash on exit but hadn’t realised as thought I could pay this by card at the accommodation (I hadn’t saved much cash at the end of my trip)

Location was very central within walking distance to train station, main market, restaurants and attractions. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

There was air conditioning in only one of our two bedrooms. Impossible to sleep with windows open as street noise is unbearable all night long. You must pick up the key from a lock box and then walk around the corner to unit. This was okay on check in, but was challenge to return at 4:30 am when rushing to airport for flight. (Impossible to get a cab at this time, we lucked out and were able to jump in with others from another hotel) Would have been much more convenient to be able to leave key in room as I have done at all other places I've stayed.

I cannot believe how HUGE this place was!! We rented for 2 friends, and had a 2 story loft, by far the largest spot of our travels and also so economical. Easy walk to so many delicious restaurants and coffee stands, 10-15 min walk to all the major sites in Florence, very safe spot (go through 2 locked doors to get to your spot). I walked around as a solo female at night and felt fine. Comfy beds!! And self check in- LOVED that aspect, and they let us check in early when we asked.

Minor details, but we were there in the middle of an August heat wave, and the wall unit AC just didn't cool things off during the hottest parts of the day. The keys are attached to where you have to turn off all electricity every time you leave, so you can't keep the AC going if you need to run out for espresso. But was fine at night! Then, I interacted with 2 people- the person (owner I believe) who messaged me on Booking.com was kind of demanding and not very nice, but the person (property manager I assume- name was Elisa) who was texting me was SO NICE and so accommodating! I would recommend they let that Elisa deal with all client interactions because she was much more pleasant and easygoing.

Elisa, gave great instructions to get us access albeit, they were a little confusing. Room was spacious, air conditioning very welcome given the high temperature outside. Coffee and nibbles provided which was a nice touch. The shared kitchen was great for storing water. Only 3 rooms share it so we weren't fighting for space or access at any time.

A little confusing to get access and keys from the reception initially but once we had access, no issues at all.

The room was very clean and very silent, the bed was very comfortable, the wifi was good. Self-check in was simple, they were happy to store bags after check out. It cost less than half of other hotels I was considering, and I'm sure it was as good as any of them. The neighborhood isn't particularly lovely (behind the central market) but it's very diverse and interesting. Like all of Florence, it feels safe and everything is within reach by an easy walk. I wanted to be close to the train station to minimize schlepping time, and that aspect worked well. I didn't meet the staff, but the person I was corresponding with explained everything clearly and was friendly and nice.

I thought it was all just fine--I suppose the neighborhood could have been swankier, but it didn't disturb me in the least.

Property was excellent location, clean and spacious bedroom along with excellent coffee and cakes

Upon picking up our car from the car park we were charged over 60 euros for the two nights parking. Now when we booked the accommodation it was based on the fact they advertised car parking at this apartment, However at no point on booking.com or it was ever shown a car park charge would apply especially as no parking was on site and we had to drag our bags through the streets which is ok as no parking on site but to get a surprise on picking up the car with a charge was a big disappointment. Bad form booking. Com

It was clean and well kept. It is right on the river at Ponte Vecchio, which is a beautiful setting for coffee or cocktails on the balcony and it is walking distance to everything. There is also a full market across the street, so you don’t need to eat out every meal. Martina and Elisa are fantastic and very attentive. Message them on What’s App and they respond quickly and provide anything you need. Martina also answered all my questions before I got there. I traveled solo this trip and felt safe and confident with their guidance. I will be back.

As in many Italian homes, the bathroom is small. The shower is just big enough to turn around if you are a medium/average sized person. There are a lot mosquitoes in Italy. And as you are right on the river, they will be plenty as it heats up. but I used the bug spray in the window and door way, which seemed to help. Bring whatever magic potions you have that work.

No breakfast included but access to stove and refrigerator in common room for the floor. Room was internal mostly with window only to a center well so ask for a room with outside view. Overall convenient location and low rate for the area made the room a good value - mostly you want to be out and about the city so it served our needs well.

Wished we had requested a view room. Walked up stairs mostly although some elevator access but not total. This was fine for us but maybe not for anyone with limited mobility.

What did I like? It’s quiet, cozy, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful, the furnishings tasteful and attractive. There are a living room and a kitchen that the guests can use, so one feels right at home. There is even a little library! I have stayed here twice so far and would be happy to stay here again.

It would be nice if guests could check out at 11:00 instead of 10:30 a.m.

The location was excellent, I was able to walk everywhere without needing any transportation. Self check-in was simple and convenient, and everything was very clean.

There were times when it got a bit noisy due to people coming and going, and the room could benefit from better insulation. Also, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped.
