1. Location - This is the fourth time we stayed in Grand Plaza as it very near to the halal restaurants and mini markets and also to the bus stops. 2. During reservation, we made 3 requests: 2 single beds, room near the lifts and a good view. All 3 were given. 3. Check-in and check-out was very fast. Staff was friendly, especially Mr. Azran who helped us to pushed our luggage to the store room and also carried our luggage into the taxi. That was very helpful for senior citizens like us. 4. Room was always clean with sufficient utensils in the kitchen.

1. Check-out was too early at 11am. It could have been later at 12noon.

The location is absolutely perfect! Good connection to the subway, plenty of shops close by, a quiet neighborhood, a small kitchenette to make your meals/snacks, very clean, internet connection!

It's a little hustle to reach your room, especially with big luggage. Although you have an elevator, each floor has its own small steps and narrow hallways you need to navigate through- BUT it's totally manageable!

The bed was comfy, their location is perfect to visit main places in town, close to multiple metro stations. We had a small kitchen and the bathroom had a tub. The water was always hot, so that's a plus.

The room was smelly, they just changed the towels everytime we asked but never the sheets. They also didn't vacuum the room for the whole stay.

The hotel is in a great location and really close to both Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Plenty of food options around the local area too. The room that we booked was very spacious and felt clean. This is our third stay at this hotel and we have loved it every time!

Personally, we found the TV’s too small… it was really hard to see what was showing. Also, the queen beds are just two singles pushed together with their own sheets… we found that the beds kept spreading apart.

We were pleasantly surprised that we could get a room of this quality for this price in central London. The location was convenient, the rooms were very clean and much more space than we expected for the city.

Love the great location! It is just a short walk to Bayswater UG Station and there are many restaurants there to choose from. For Muslims there are many halal restaurants as well, in fact you can just ordered from Halia which is the hotel's restaurant.

Great location, in a quiet street, close to 2 tube stations, Hyde Park, Notting Hill, good pubs and 2 supermarkets. We had a quad executive apartment and the bedroom was far enough from the lounge/kitchen area that we were able to spread out from each other and get some peace and privacy. It was nice to have beds in the lounge area not a sofa bed which we’d expected.

It was a long walk to our room from the lobby through all the corridors. It was more comical than annoying in the end.

Its location close to metro station and cafes shops even to HydePark.. I liked it had a small kitchen in the room. Room service came whenever we asked for it was good. We stayed 7 days and all was good.

The second bed was made from sofa. It would be better if it was normal bed. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Room 132 and that whole building/section must have very old flooring. You can hear people above you walking / dragging chairs etc. VERY annoying and for the expense we paid - that was not commensurate and more like a 3 star feel sadly .. You should be able to sleep without being woken up from people upstairs!

The location is amazing, very close to two central tube stations. 3 express groceries a few mins walk away which was perfect because we had a small kitchen in the family room. The staff were helpful and kind.
