Sunny the manager/owner was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. He was very accommodating and upgraded my room. The service from Sunny and his staff was wonderful. The view of Auckland and the sunset from my room was primo and beautiful. I love that there's kitchenette in the room for cooking and whatever pot that wasn't available in the cupboard- Sunny will get it. Clean room, comfy bed, spacious lounge/dining area, great shower., good wifi, plenty parking spot, veggie fruit shop and coffee shops across the main road and 5 to 10 minutes drive to local shopping centre's and plenty walking areas locally plus Mission Bay and St Helliers. Definitely coming back to Regal. Thank you Sunny and staff for the wonderful service you provided.

I didn't like the main road traffic in the morning but once you close the door you can't hear anything. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Regal.

The hotel is well presented although a little bit tired, it's in a good position and the team and the staff are extremely helpful. They took care of me very well and I had no problems whatsoever, feeling like I was in at least a 4 or a 5 star hotel in terms of the service.

They are reactive to customers needs and take care of any issue immediately.T he only improvement could be to visit the rooms daily to deal with rubbish and bed making.

This place was perfectly placed for the weeks work I was doing. Shailendra and his crew were friendly and helpful with my request for a very late check in, and the room was perfectly positioned with the bedroom facing the quiet darkness of the pony club and thus very nice and quiet. It had everything I could require- a Comfortable bed and a great shower. Overall a very good place for me when I need the break from a 2 hour auckland nightmare commute from helensville😂

The location was spot on , The standout was their service , I have stayed in so many places but I have never experienced services like their staff and owner provided. The room was clean, and the room had every amenities including a full kitchenette. Never felt like I stayed at a motel , it felt like home . Thank you for providing me with excellent services. I look forward to keep coming now at your place. Highly Recommended!

Staff really attentive and communcate well. Great kitchenette, 2 k away from glenn innes for food. Modern feel bathroom and kitchen. Comfy bed. I was up for a running event so convenient for me to get back to shower before leaving. Lots of parking.

You wouldnt want to be to big in the bathroom. Slightly narrow but big shower. Tv login.

Had no choice but to book so far from CBD due to exorbitant prices closer to Eden Park. Friendly and helpful staff here, which was great. Also nice and quiet area.

Thin walls. Minor inconveniences such as having to move the microwave to a different outlet due to a fault, bathroom sliding door a pain to open/close as the rollers are worn out.

Has everything you could possibly need When you are away from home. The place is very spacious. The bedroom and bed were huge and very comfortable. It was very cold weather but the heaters were great in the bedroom and lounge/dining room.

We stayed upstairs, and the stairs were a bit steep coming down, especially being wet. The receptionist asked if we needed help taking our luggage up, so they would definitely help to bring them down if needed. They went above and beyond to help make our 2 day stay amazing.

Perfect location for where we needed & easy access to St Helier's Bay, Mission Bay & town. Staff were superb, friendly & very helpful. Unit had everything we wanted, was very clean, the shower was first class & the bed was fabulous. The view over fields & horse paddocks on both sides was unexpected & pleasant.

Our room was noisy until quite late with footstep from adjacent unit being enough to keep us awake. The bathroom was very well appointed & clean but a little on the small side.

It was not possible to use the TV for Netflix etc just basic TV channels even if I had my mobile to project onto TV...there was no chromecast
