Newly refurbished, clean unit, great housekeeping providing clean towels, tea bags etc each day. Staff were very friendly. Comfy bed. No. 38 bus stop right outside takes you to Mangere shopping center, bus terminal or airport. Free shuttle even at 6am and 10pm. Very good for an overnight stay.

Sadly, the shuttle was an hour late due to staff shortage, but Daniel gave us an upgrade from our studio to a newly refurbished unit. We ended up staying a week, and it wasn't suitable for that - more an overnight stop. Not close to any cafes, but there was a dairy. The website doesn't tell you exactly which photos relate to the studio unit. Nor that they are refurbishing units - together with being next to the Community Hall, it was rather noisy. The music and singing were pleasant, though. The cutlery and crockery were very limited and basic. In essence, you get what you pay for.

We were in one of their newly renovated rooms which they have done quite nicely. The operator at the desk was friendly and could tell he took pride in the work they were starting on renovating their accommodations, and rightly so. Located reasonably close to the airport

My 3 year old is a runner and escape artist, the doors are lovely but couldn't lock them from the inside, so I had to chase him up the stairs (but that's more a me problem lol) Oh and parking was a bit tricky with a skip bin at the end of the row while doing their renovations, and only 2 spaces the end where our room was and a big truck parked in one of the spaces while I dropped my daughter to the airport at 4am, so I couldn't fit so I parked at the community centre next door on my return while we rested until we could go sightseeing, also not really a big deal for us as Mr 3 burned energy at the park there.

Lovely receptionist who remembered us from our first stay a month ago. He gave us the same upgraded room, which was lovely of him. He also gave us great advice on driving into Auckland, and where to park. He was so friendly and helpful, and a credit to the hotel. Our upgraded room was really large with one very comfortable double bed, and one single bed (which we didn't try!). The shower, toilet and sink were all new, so very clean. The small kitchen area had a kettle, large fridge, microwave and a 2 ring hob. Plus plenty of space for preparing food. Also had a dining area and it was great to have chairs out on the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, happy to recommend.

It can be a little noisy when the roads are busy, but during the night it's OK to sleep.

Lovely staff, close to airport. Shuttle transfers free and such a awesome service, with clear instructions owner/staff? went out of his way to pick us up at 130am and drop us back at 530am. Took alot of the stress out of our stay. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean, shower hot had everything we needed. Love the sliding door to the outside grassed area. Heat pump, comfortable bed, and a big TV.

Rooms are a bit old but they're very clean, have everything you need and staff and service is fantastic. Would definitely book again for lay over or short stay.

We stayed for one night as we were flying international the nex day. Airport transfer 24/7, great location from the airport, friendly staff. We got a room (312) up grade which we appreciated. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Lots of space in the clean and well designed bathroom. Kitchenette that had your typical equipment. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Would book again.

We arrived at the motel around 10pm and left at 7am, which didn't give as time to see or find anything we didn't like.

The location is great. 5 mins away from the airport. The free up to 7 days parking with Free shuttle transfers service was super!! So handy and easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and service 24h. The shuttle driver was amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Definitely a great option for people that fly out early hours. The room is big and spacious with basic kitchen facilities. Beds are comfortable and clean.

You do hear the road noise as your location. Pillows are flat and could do an upgrade.

The motel has older rooms and started upgrading some rooms. We had an upgraded room (key card access) . Which was lovely, clean and had all we needed. The floor on the 2 storey building is concrete so limited noise between the two levels. The upper rooms don't have direct access to the swimming pool. So if you wnat access from your glass slider, book a lower level room. Public playground just next to the motel

The access gate to the pool and swings was locked a few times. They can add s sharp knife to the kitchen

If you're wanting a place to lay your head for a night, this would be a good place. Cheap accommodation. Easy to find and close to the airport. Not far from supermarket or takeaways. Large family rooms.

Bit dated and didn't look as clean as hoped. Needs some TLC. Very small kitchen area for a family room. Need bigger hot water facilities. The pool wasn't available. Parking spaces were quite small.

We were in one of the new rooms and it was comfortable and clean, just what we needed after arriving on an international flight in the early hours of the morning.

We had a family room (2 beds in the main area and 2 beds in a room) but there was no door between the rooms which wasn't ideal for privacy/noise. Only a minor issue which didn't bother us but imagine it might bother others

Everything was great. The shuttle was a bonus as we arrived late. Location was also on the money as I could walk to rental car. Very accommodating hosts. Going back for 2 nights, early departure. The shuttle again, excellent service.

They mentioned they are starting to renovate the rooms, good idea, rooms are looking a little dated. There is always room for improvement but for us it was great.
