I enjoyed my lively conversation with the gentleman in reception. I was delighted that the bed had a blanket instead of a duvet, which I detest. I really think all hotels should offer blankets as an alternative to duvets for guests who don’t like them. The location was great. Close to all kinds of restaurants, cinema, clubs, parks, etc.

First let me say that anything negative I mention is tempered by the price, which for a hotel in central London and Marylebone was great. My room was rather small, but it was always a comfortable temperature despite my stay in February. The bed was a single and I would have preferred a firmer mattress, but as noted I loved the light blanket. I was also surprised to find it furnished with a small fridge, which was very welcome, as I spent 6 nights in London. There was a built in table with a chair and a large mirror and drawers which really came in handy for multiple uses, but especially using my laptop.

Being confronted on arrival by a youthful and uncompromising receptionist demanding an unexpected £50 deposit for prospective damages for a room which was not inspected by us beforehand. No milk sachets to accompany tea and coffee provisions

I liked that this place has got a TV where you can watch YouTube and it has a really nice bed which is comfortable and cosy that I can sleep peacefully. It is in the heart of the Baker Street so you can travel easily as well all over London and you can go to west end easily. Definitely worth my money as it is cheap and I would personally recommend for people on business and tourists.

I didn’t like that some people came to my door being rude just because they felt disturbed when I turned the TV too loud. If they have a problem they should speak to the manager not disturb me to the point that I feel scared by these rude neighbours who I feel that they might hurt me.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Only problem was that there was no duvet, just a sheet and blanket so I was a bit cold. I got into the hotel very late so if I was earlier I probably could have got an extra blanket. Very clean room

It was close to the city centre and on a good bus route, Excellent value for money The manager was lovely And the bonus was that it had a lift x

Friendly staff, great location, perfectly adequate for 1 star hotel. Liked fridge and hairdryer in room, coffee and tea making facilities and ensuite shower room.

Blanket needed a wash - it was really dirty and was the only one on the bed.

Great location, friendly staff, good value for money.

Shared bathroom isn't ideal, but for a last minute booking it was really excellent and value for money.
