Layout of apartment was great, with lots of space. The view from the balcony was brilliant!

The toiletries provided consisted of 2 small soaps per bathroom. No shampoo / bodywash were provided. Also, while the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cups , cutlery, pots and pans etc. there were no condiments (not even salt and pepper). First time that I have come across an empty kitchen pantry.

The view was absolutely stunning! We had frontal ocean views, exactly as in the picture when I booked. In fact, the apartment looked even better than the picture - new and more modern furniture which was a welcome suprise. It was a spacious and comfortable apartment. Picking up the keys was super easy after hours! everything went quickly and smoothly. Same as checking out! This place certainly met my expectations and I was very pleased with it.

The shower drain was completely clogged so when we used it for the first time, it flooded out into the hallway of the apartment. We actually cleared the drain out ourselves (you're welcome Broadbeach Towers!😆) and then it worked perfectly. They only give one toilet role and two towels for your entire stay. It is difficult to track down people at reception as the hours they are there are so limited. We managed to get an extra toilet role from the cleaner in the hallway 😆 The couch fabric of both the couches retains a lot of dirt. I think they could use a thorough clean.

Great location and facilities -pool and spa were well used.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper provided and when asked for more was told I had to buy my own. Also not enough washing powder and dishwasher sachets. The family shower flooded because the previous tenants child must have shoved toys down the drain which we pulled out after having to clean up the flood. The cupboards in the kitchen were dis-organised with kitchen utensils all over the place. The floor had hairs on it when we arrived and the extra blankets in the 2nd room had stains that looked like vomit on them. They need a clean or at least inspection after each stay. One of the staff wasn’t very friendly when asked for supplies. There was no ‘how was your stay’ at the end just took keys. I’d expect a bit more friendliness from the staff.

Boulevard Towers on Broadbeach is in the very best location on the Gold Coast. It is across the road from the beach, a 10 minute walk to Broadbeach shops and restaurants and a lovely, leisurely walk to Surfers Paradise. The Art Gallery cafe is a 3 minute walk and definitely worth a visit. The view from the apartment we stayed in was stunning. Sitting on the verandah watching the sunrise every morning was definitely a highlight. Terry and Patrick were so friendly and helpful at all times which was greatly appreciated. We had our own allocated parking spot which was great. We can’t recommend Boulevard Towers highly enough.

Registration and access was quick and efficient. The location at Broadbeach across the road from the beach and close to the centre of the town was perfect for my purposes. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed and although the building itself is a little dated the facilities I need were mostly in place and easily accessed.

I had requested a roll away bed. There was none on arrival. I had previously been told such roll away bed had to be hired at an additional cost. I agreed to the additional cost. When the situation was rectified it was via a single mattress taken from another apartment with the intent it be placed on the floor. Parking spaces were specifically allocated to each apartment. Someone else parked in the spot assigned to me and remained parked in that space for the entirety of my stay. Although reported to management the situation was not addressed.

Location was superb. Right on the beach and close to flags for swimming and a quick 5-10 min walk to shops/ restaurants. Room was spacious and modern . We had a room on the side of the building with a wrap around balcony and a gorgeous view to the ocean and also to the hinterland at the back from the bedroom windows. Pool was nice and never too crowded. Easy check in and a check out

Our room appeared very clean , until we incidentally lifted a couch seat cushion to find an abundance of food scraps, m&ms, biscuit crumbs , hair and other remnants that looked like they had been there for a while. We vacuumed it ourselves as it was night time but it was quite gross to find so more attention to detail is needed with cleaning . Reception staff were civil - they weren’t rude , but didn’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome, smile or engage. A few more pool umbrellas would be better as there were only two umbrellas for the whole area.

Most amazing views ever of the long stretch of Broadbeach from the balcony, living room & dining room. Right across the road from the patrolled beach. Very spacious & beautiful apartment. Fantastic larger spa! Walking distance to excellent dining options including Broadbeach Bowls Club, Kurrawa Surf Club, Broadbeach Mall & Manihani Indian Restaurant. The Managers allowed us to check in about 3 hours early which was very generous of them and check out 1 hour late. They also permitted us to pay $20 per hour to check out a further 2 hours later (as it was gorgeous weather).

They didn’t provide something very basic - salt & pepper (not even in sachets) & we were told by one of the Managers that this was due to it being a health & safety issue#@! Small cakes of soap instead of liquid soap. No tissues & no shampoo or conditioner.

It was a beautiful stay. The view was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and just absolutely stunning.

The COFFEE!!!!! The stay was nearly perfect, but one small improvement could have made it a 10/10 experience: having a coffee machine or pod machine available in the room. It would have been wonderful to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning, rather than always having to go out to a café as soon as I woke up. Adding this simple touch would make the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

The location and view is what you are paying for. Great beach views and excellent location near the Broadbeach Mall which has some great restaurants and bars.

The apartment (number 38) is very basic and quite outdated. Needs a good clean and spruce up with marks all over the walls and stains on the curtains. The pool area is fabulous. You are really only paying for the location and view. The apartment wasn’t cleaned well. Toilet was dirty and you could see the floor under the TV cabinet looks like it has never been cleaned. To pay $1200 for 4 nights and to only have only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 very small hotel type soaps is really not good enough. The apartment needs a good clean and needs painting. There are much better apartments available in the area than this one for the same price or cheaper.

Apartment is in quiet location across the road from the beach, close walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shopping centres. Too easy! Our apartment had sea views and was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, more than what we normally get from regular holiday places. Pool and Spa clean.

No instructions for appliances and checkout expectations. Apartment could do with a cleanup, and some cushions and quilt covers had food stains. Was not a problem, but for what you’re paying, it’s something that needs attention.
