Loved it very nice.

Had some things stolen from my vehicle in the parking lot overnight.

every thing is very good. the price was worth as the location and the fallsview room. staffs are very nice.

but due to the construction, the free parking is 3min walking distance. it’s still not very convenient for me. because I had to walk several times a day to get my stuff or put my stuff. especially I arrived at midnight, as a female, walking alone along the small street in the back of the building were a bit worried about.

The room was spacious and clean, hotel had a good location and the pool and spa area was great.

It is fair that parking cost money, even for the off site location, but it was impossible to find this information on their booking page. (15$ CAD offsite, 25$ onsite may 2024)

Information on breakfast buffet was confusing. Coffee, tea and any beverage were not part of the buffet. They’re subjected to charge extra.

Buffet prices should have included beverages, too.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. For me it was a 5 star hotel. Everything that i would need for a vacation was provided. The room was clean. I booked a room with city view it was the perfect location to see the fireworks every night without the need to go near the falls. The hotel location is very near the clifton hills where you can walk at night to enjoy some family activities like the skywheel, speedway, a laser game, dinosaur themed mini golf. It is also conveniently located near restaurants and diners although the hotel also have their own restaurant. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Niagara Parkway where the view deck dor the.falls.is located. There is a small pool that kids and adults can enjoy from 9am to 11pm which we availed of. I soaked up in their hot tub or jacuzzi just right beside the pool. The staff were amazing from the receptionists , housekeeping, pool staff they were all nice and accommodating. I would and have already recommended this hotel to my friends. If i have the chance to visit the falls again i would definitely book Vittoria hotel and suites.

The hotel was beautiful and modern. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and the location was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The value for your money is exceptional! This will be my new go to hotel whenever I'm in Niagara Falls.

close to everything and great view of niagara falls, we could leave hotel and everything was so close. room was amazing, 3 people could move about very easily, daily housekeeping was very efficient. i really appreciated when our beds werent made housekeeping left a note to explain why. all the staff from reception to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful.

i would prefer a kettle in room rather than coffee maker as none of our family drink coffee, for 3 people to have tea at same time was very time consuming, but other than that no complaints.

We were greeted so kindly when we arrived earlier than check in. We obtained our parking pass and walked to view the area. We found the location perfect for what we needed especially being able to see the fireworks from our window each night. We found the staff to be exceptional especially the lady who checked us in ( older lady tiny with brownish hair) sorry her name escapes me at the moment it was and unusual name. Our,stay was perfect.

The price was a little higher than we expected to pay but well worth it once we arrived to our room. Also lots of long waits for the elevator which is understandable with it being a holiday weekend.

Overall, the stay at Vittoria Hotel was comfortable – clean rooms, good location, and courteous staff. However, That said, the rest of the experience was pleasant, and the hotel is a good option. The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options

I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating my husband’s special day, and unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or effort from the hotel to make it memorable. We weren’t expecting anything extravagant, but even a small gesture or note would’ve meant a lot. It was a bit disappointing, especially since we had chosen the hotel with the hope of making the day feel special.

Hotel was in a good location with easy walk to bars & restaurants, sky wheel, Hardrock cafe, Casino etc. You could walk to rainbow bridge, American falls & Hornblower boat trips. A little further to horseshoe falls and further again to the power station museum around 20+ mins. Hotel was clean, room was a good size & staff friendly & helpful. It has a small pool & hot tub , gym & guest laundry. River view rooms have a great view of firework display @ 10pm in summer.

The toilet didn't always flush & there was never enough sugar or creamer for the coffee. The curtains didn't quite block out the light as they were a little short but compared with other hotels I still think this was good value.
